Lived in Jackson heights then flushing then New Jersey then middle village then back to flushing then college point (and were there for a longer while) and finally another part of college point where we stayed for at least five years. We paid 2100 for it. It was a two bath, three bedroom apartment on a second floor with a front and back balcony, and front balcony had a view of the water and Whitestone bridge. Lmao bro was sharing his first apartment with the hatz brothers 😂😂😂😂 iykyk
I live in an 1850$ apartment in LA, pretty decent 1 bedroom aprtment for 3 people (me husband and a toddler) with a parking spot. I dont know why there’s always a comparison between LA and the rest of big cities in the US.
I lived I'll my first house 17 years, current home 20 years, and counting. Of course I don't live in a city. Suburban gal here. Paid the second house off in 10 years. Living large.
where are your kids!??!
Rent is..........
Too damn high 😂
Black Colonel Sanders IYKYK
He says. Third or fourth sentence, 1,800$ a month.
@@jinvidhe said. At the first 1,800$. When house sitting it was rent free.
I think the moving around a lot may be less common outside of the city. But for my family it was the norm. We moved to queens when I was 5. (Best place we’ve lived in in ny.) And only moved out of ny in 2020. Most of the reasons as to why my family moved around a lot was money issues. But there’s pros and cons to it.
Jezz NYC is cheaper than Vancouver it cost $1800 for a 550 sqft 1 bedroom here
That's an amazing price, you'd get a crack den for that price in Toronto
Imagine your father having a speaking voice like this. Just stoned voice. jesus.
"Bushwick"
Wow, gentrification hit Brooklyn really hard since I lived there 20 or so years ago.
Wypipo gonna Wypipo.
That Bushwick building seems pretty dope ngl!
Jesus Christ that's more than my mortgage, with everything else tied into it like homeowners insurance and property tax stuff. Like i could pay my mortgage and my bills for the month for that, that's just insane.
Site unseen" is a thing now in NYC. If you're lucky you'll get a pretty cool apartment if the precious resident took good care of it previously. Its a highly competitive housing market.
When a resident or real estate agent is showing an apartment, it becomes like an auction. So many people surrounding this person just throwing out higher rent numbers that they're volunteering to pay or higher security deposits, or even willing to pay up to 3 months rent in advance😵💫 yeah it gets crazz.
the misery in NY is appaling, the cost of living in squalid conditions is astonishing. What a hell hole!!
It's getting bad every where.
That’s good living. God bless you. I lived in NYC from 1985-1995. 1 year in Brooklyn and 9 years in Queens. It seems rents are still reasonable given inflation, etc.
This is highway robbery. Straight depressing, but leaving your kids come on!!!
Terrible father
Bro is a pookie!!!
Then San Francisco is worse because those places look nice.
Shit i was liking this until you said you got kids.
Dude I have lived in 2 of these apartments!!! Wtf.
Tucson, AZ...I live in a 1100 sq ft 2bd/2bth apt in the Foothills with vaulted ceilings, a city view on my balcony side, a huge mountain in the front...1398.00/mo UTILITIES INCLUDED except water which is about $80.00.
Nobody wants to live in a forest
Isn't it better for his kids to be in a STABLE SITUATION UNTIL HE GETS STABLE?????
You guys are very quick to judge smh.
These comments are wild. No, one knows what the situation is. Some parents are the custodial parent and some are not. It’s his life. He isn’t the first person to move out of the state his kids live in.
I stayed in Bushwick like in 2015 it was so cool, i loved it. I hear its a lot more trendy/ modern now.
It's a lot hella expensive too
It's super gentrified. But that's what those folks love 🤷🏿♀️
so gentrified?
@@angus6963 pretty much
Gentrified.
I lived in a 429 SQFT studio and I could not imagine going smaller. I paid $1800 for that place in a very nice building in DC. $1800 for 200SQFT is bonkers.
Why is bro living like a 24 yr old vlogger when he has children, priorities all out of order….
I got 50square meters..3 Rooms in Germany smal Town..with all comforts kitchen,washmaschine..cost me in total 800$....10years ago it was 500$....groceries a months max 300$..average salary is 4000$ here..👍🇩🇪

When I was there in the late 80's they did. I was a teen though.
Mother snatched the kids away. Nothing new
Wow. Nice to Thailand. $800 gets you a GORGEOUS place.
They make portable clothes washers that drain into shower or sink. I would Totally have one over laundromat.
Accept your age and responsibility stop living in denial and harming your kids
Nyc should upgrade for the price smh
Woah I need to be for grateful!I live in indina and where I’m living is newly built rent is 1,100 a month (water included) 2 bed ,2 bath townhouse.only other bill is electricity which is on average only 53$ a month 🤯ontop of that washer and dryer included inside our home and extra amenities like a gym and pool are also near by ,although I’m saving for a home I’m only 21 so I can’t imagine paying a mortgage rn or even taking out a loan ,but I will *NEVER* complain again after hearing some of y’all stories !
Reminder that he didn’t state why they moved back to California, under what circumstance, no context whatsoever. Withhold your assumptions until more information from the source is given, not whatever you feel rn. We don’t know the situation🤙
Poor kids, pathetic father....
Damn this dude just left his kids, bud. Why would you even have kids atp. It'd so messed up to bring Kids into this world for their father to intentionally be absent in their lives. 😢
