Thank you so much Shane Kwestyon .
Very informative!🙌🏼 1st week of training may mock calls agad kanina, anyways good thing I passed. We're all moving forward to PST Training for 8 weeks.🤷🏼♀️😆 Super tagal ng PST saamen siguro dahil sa account.😢 Best of luck sa lahat ng trainee here!❤️
Hello Sheina, I am very surprised that the German channels on UA-cam offer very few training courses for working in a call center, poor and superficial. There are training courses, but they cost 400€ per day, for example. So I want to congratulate you on your work and your kindness in helping us survive. For me now it also looks like I am starting a job as a call agent in a company to solve service problems, not to sell things. This is very good for me because I don't want to sell people things they don't need. So it is very important to find the balance between customer attention and your own resilience and your own boundaries help with this. I think it is very easy to forget yourself in this work and lose the strength to continue. I speak English and understand almost all of your arguments - I just sometimes lack the vocabulary. In this respect, it would mean an enormous spread of your channel if you could provide a dubbing voice for other languages - like German, for example. As far as I checked yesterday, there is nothing comparable for free in German on UA-cam.
I really² love ur voice , I even close my eyes while listening to u, sometimes I don't realize I already fell a sleep. 😊 I also passed my versant and final interview because of u. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the tips. They're very helpful aside from being informative. I'm so glad I subscribed to your channel. It doesn't hurt that your voice is so soothing and very nice to the ears! Kudos to you.
I am currently on my training so I decided to watch here on youtube of some tips that would help me on the process. Thankyou for this video of yours. Hope I can use things that I've learned here tho.

Good thing i worked in cebu as a cc agent. People there dont know me. I’ve seen trainees that were not so good in comunicating in english. I am not so good in conversing in english (not fluent) neither but thank god “that” company did not gave up on me. They gave me a chance. Not an easy journey. My training almost took 2 months. But sadly, i had to resign bcos of family issues. 😫 to my previous bpo employer, thank you for everything! You helped me in a lot of aspect. P.s im still improving my english tho haha pls do not judge me easily.
This is very helpful to us specially newbies, who dont have any idea what we will happened in the training, my training will start this Aug 25 wish me luck guys I can't afford to fail this job🙏🙏
I'm currently working as a call center agent and I can say that this is so perfect especially for the beginners "newbie"

Step 1. Language.
Step 2. Product training, policy & procedures (take notes), tools / applications needed (3-5; 8-10)
Step 3. Mock call (based on stage 2 info). Know the call-flow by heart (7-steps). Practice mock calls w/ a coach or trainee)
Step 4. Nesting. Observe the floor. Listen to live calls. 2- 3 days. Ask smart questions. Not questions w/ easy answers.
Great video!

I'm on my training week and you're such a big help. Thank You!
Me too, this really helps she's great
Tomorrow is my first call center training.. This vlog really helped me overcome my fear in passing this training.
Hello, did you got the job after training?
"make sure you workout"..
me watching this while planking
love your videos 💓
I've been an Outbound agent for 4 years and applying for Customer Service position is kinda new to me. It's exciting though
Were you in sales? I wish i had an outbound experience. Must be challenging though.
@@Kwestyon yes outbounds are more challenging based on my experience.
Thank you for the motivational quote it inspired me a lot. And gladly I’d passed the final interview because I followed and watched your tips and video.🥰
This is really a great teacher, and a really great help. I wish I have seen this videos before I attended the training. really the product learning and tools is really overload for a very short period of time. notes and practice mock calls with co learner is really the number 1 key. Thank you so much Shane Kwestyon .
Very informative!🙌🏼 1st week of training may mock calls agad kanina, anyways good thing I passed. We're all moving forward to PST Training for 8 weeks.🤷🏼♀️😆 Super tagal ng PST saamen siguro dahil sa account.😢 Best of luck sa lahat ng trainee here!❤️
Hello Sheina,
I am very surprised that the German channels on UA-cam offer very few training courses for working in a call center, poor and superficial.
Your voice is way more better than most ASMR videos here on UA-cam
Your videos really helped me passing my versant exam and now I'm here, getting ready for my first day of training tomorrow
I really² love ur voice , I even close my eyes while listening to u, sometimes I don't realize I already fell a sleep. 😊 I also passed my versant and final interview because of u. Thank you!
Congrats, Cherry! And thank you!
Thank you so much for the tips. They're very helpful aside from being informative. I'm so glad I subscribed to your channel. It doesn't hurt that your voice is so soothing and very nice to the ears! Kudos to you.

found your content in my first day of my training very informative ❤️😍
I am watching your vids because I want to apply for a call center as well. It really helped me a lot when it comes to improving my English. Thank you!
Just finished my mock call last Friday it was soooo tense my trainer complimented me and criticized at the same time
