A very good answer to the call center interview question would be to talk about your hobbies. When you do talk about hobbies, remember that by doing this, you are also providing the interviewer with information about your skills. For example, if you say that you play sports like basketball or baseball, this tells the interviewer that you are competitive. If you say that you like to play chess, this means you’re analytical. If you tell the interviewer that you are involved with various organizations, this spells leadership and people skills. So do not take this call center interview question for granted. Make sure to answer this question by giving the interviewer an idea that you are who they are looking for. If you do not have any “good hobbies” (like all you can say is watch HBO, eating, and sleeping), another approach you can take is talking about your family. Describe your relationship with your family. Talk about your brother, the pilot, or your mom, the actress. Say that you are very close to your family, that you guys go to church every Sunday and watch a movie afterward. If you like to watch TV, amuse your employer by saying something like I’m addicted to Lost. I watch all Lost episodes on DVD every day. If all you have in your arsenal is reading, then make it sound better and more interesting by saying that you are a voracious book reader. Rack your brain. Make sure that when you tell something about yourself, it sounds interesting and will make you shine.

I don't always talk about my resume when answering "Tell me about your self" question. I keep it basic like what kind of person I am or was. A little bit background of my past experience and what are my hobbies are an that's it. It's all about how you talk and tell the interviewer what kind of person you are.

I'm a senior highschool graduate and recently quit from school due to financial difficulties but i have a lot of idea about BPO industry since my mom is working in the industry for a very long time. Is it ok if I'll use the second format instead of the third one even though i have no job experiences? I think the second one can be improvised with your idea about the industry and i personally think it's more professional. But the problem i have here is "your idea about the industry"is suitable for a fresh graduate answer or should i go by the third format and be precise?
Update i just watched this last night and three company called me, i passed three initial interviews ms.Shiena really teaches you what do the interviewers really asks you they often have the same script except when they asks you base on your answers with out of the box questions. An interviewer compliment me on my answers and good communicating skills and she was supposed to endorse me in telco but since i don't have a job background she put me on a retail account but it's ok since its my time to take this step as my career growth and overtime i will improve thankyou ms.Shiena you're a lifesaver to every aspiring callcenters

I'm a fresh grad and do not have any job experiences. I don't have any achievement when study in college and I didn't participate in any extracurricular activities at the university. An introverted person and has a social anxiety. So how about that? I am planning to apply tomorrow on my own, and as usual I am very nervous. I never had experienced commuting alone outside of my hometown, and it puts me a lot of pressure. Could I just state my internship experiences? Since I don't have anything to share. Btw I just graduated with the degree of bachelor of science in business administration major in human resources management more than a month ago. Update! I said that I was supposed to apply the other day right? It didn't happen. My two companions backed out and an introverted person and have a social anxiety, I also did back out. I'm not used to commute on my own and I'm afraid to ask someone for directions, even asking to bring my pay to the jeepney driver gives me an anxiety. But fortunately I gathered my courage and apply on my own today. It's a walk-in application so the process just took a few hours. I arrived early in the morning and I got home around 3 pm. And I got the JO. It's my first time applying for a job and I really proud of myself.

I am planning to apply tomorrow on my own, and as usual I am very nervous. I never had experienced commuting alone outside of my hometown, and it puts me a lot of pressure.
Could I just state my internship experiences? Since I don't have anything to share. Btw I just graduated with the degree of bachelor of science in business administration major in human resources management more than a month ago. I said that I was supposed to apply the other day right? It didn't happen. My two companions backed out and an introverted person and have a social anxiety, I also did back out. I'm not used to commute on my own and I'm afraid to ask someone for directions, even asking to bring my pay to the jeepney driver gives me an anxiety. But fortunately I gathered my courage and apply on my own today. It's a walk-in application so the process just took a few hours. I arrived early in the morning and I got home around 3 pm. And I got the JO. It's my first time applying for a job and I really proud of myself.

Hi, I've been watching videos for several days. 6 years na 'kong factory worker at nagbabalak na talaga kong lumipat ng BPO. Of course first reason ko is mas mataas ang kitaan at benefits, 2 to 3x yatang mas makaki sa BPO. Isa pa gusto ko na tlgang mag change career. I don't see myself as a factory until I reached my 40s. Salamat sa mga videos mo marami akong natututunang tips.
