Greg, you said it so beautifully. So many of us are used to feeling the shame and fear. And we have a right to GLOW, where we overflow with creativity, happiness, and confidence. There's another study from Florida State University where they found The Afterglow Effect, that for 48 hours after s*x we have elevated levels of oxytocin and dopamine. We can harness that glow and channel it into our work, our creative projects, and even our free time and fun. It's so cool.
