Men orgasm easier than women becuase if men don't orgasm, they don't reproduce. Women can reproduce without orgasm, so the selective pressure of orgasm is not a factor. So yes, it's absolutely possible, and even probable, that women have a harder time reaching orgasm due to biology. To some how insist that there’s a systemic problem of men being lazy goes a bit far. It’s certainly not been my experience.
