    doc, I'm having multiple nodules in my neck, goiter, non toxic, benign..but its getting bigger..I'm starting to feel the difficulties of breathing..but not to worry..its still manageable...but I want to lessen the swelling, kindly help..awaiting..God Bless you more..

      Hello dr rojo bago lang po ako na nanonood sa video niyo gusto ko lang malaman kung anong mga pagkain ang pwedeng kainin sa breakfast, lunch at dinner. Kung baga po makahingi ng menu sa inyo.

    Hello po doc, bago lang po ako dito sa youtube nyo, sana po akoy matulungan nyo kung paano po ang tamang diet ng isang diabetic.. Last June po nagp lab ako, 320 ang blood sugar ko at ang triglycerides ko po ay 215 po.. Nag diet po, at excercise, bigla naman po bumama ng 85 ramdom po yong test ng sugar ko, na that po akoy nanghihina, katulad din po nong mataas ang sugar ko. Pareho lang din po pala yong feeling ng mataas at mababa na sugar.. Sana po doc akoy maga ayan nyo sa tama pag diet ko po.. Salamat doc..

    Doc tanong lang po pede po ba mag in between meal sa fasting window just like for 18 hrs fasting pede ba kahit isang egg boiled para hindi gaanong gutom pag abot ng oras?

    Doc bkit kaya fanon low carbs no sugar na ako. Nag electrolytes nman din ako bkit lagi oa din ako nag fast heart beat. May Afib po ako and taking blood thinners and blood pressure meds na meron din sa heart rate.. dati nawaka na pero parang bago matulog saka sya umaatake.. so gagawin ko kain ako salt n inum water n electrolytes. Minsan kapag nag palpitate na ako umaabot sa 135 ang PRbpm.. pero ok naman Bp ko pero may time din 91/66 tapos Pulse rate 71..

    My friend is not doing low carb, I am in low carb we are eating together. She cannot live without rice i can live and not craving anymore. Its okay for me then. She eats all her non low carb foods, we lots of donuts in the fridge. But i am not craving anymore. I dont really care. Hahaha
