Doc, suggestion lang po. Napakaganda at napaka importante po ng lecture ninyo. Mas madali pong matutunan ang lahat pag may visual aid. I know It’s a lot of work, pero malaki ang maitutulong nito lalo na sa mga taong more visual ang style ng learning. Kahit writing board lang po. Request: Put a mark sa lens ng camera, phone,ipad etc. Doon kayo titingin, parang nakatingin kayo sa amin. Don’t look at your image sa screen. Hehe…. more power to you and thank you for what you do. Sinusubukan ko na po ang pag iwas/bawas sa mga ito. Got my A1C down to 5.7 from 6.1. Malaking tulong rin ang 15 min walking(hindi brisk), mga 10 mins matapos bawat kain. 🤗

Hello to All concerned! Happy Saturday afternoon! After my almost 1month na nag try ako ng LITF sa iba week parang gusto ko ng sumuko but I said to myself it's only on mind set na dapat kayaking ko. Nakaraang din ako ng haunting pang lalambot dahil wala akong alam na puedeng alternatives maliban sa boiled eggs, steam chicken and lettuce. Salamat Kay Doc Grace at sa mga videos nya, inaral ko Maine at matagumpay ako. I have my quarterly check up yesterday at sabi ng doctor ko I'm a good patient kasi strictly monitored and bp ko dahil sa takot ko na Lehigh blood ako. Today my Bp is 110/80 ! And my creatinine is still moving down to a lower level. Although, kahit na bumalik ako sa rice with controlled intake kasi may rediscover ako kung paano nabasa and starch ng kinakain ko rice. Today, with proper disciplined and mind set masasabi ko masaya ako sa natutunan ko Kay Gra.Grce Roho and with gratitude my sincere thanks and love with respect.

Maganda rin yung fresh ampalaya juice intake. Awa ng Diyos wala akong diabetes 62 years old na ako kase I take 1/4 of a measuring cup ng ampalaya juice 2 times a week. I have Jack La Lanne’s power juicer that I purchased years ago. Ingat lang din ako sa pag inom dahil blood thinner sya. Tama yung sabi nila na it’s good for our blood sugar, diabetes prevention! Don’t take it if you have liver disease! The bottom line ingat tayo sa kinakain natin at syempre Prayer ang no. 1 kase Our Almighty God is The Only Divine Healer pray tayo lagi for wisdom on the right food to eat,, tamang exercise, sapat na pag inom ng tubig at sapat sa tulog!🙏❤️

It's very unlikely na makinig po ang lahat katulad ng paninigarilyo, kahit may warning sa label, malakas pa din po ang demand.

Moderation for all the foods you are eating. 11 kaming magkakapatid at walang may diabetes. Mula bata hanggang ngayong 80 yrs.old ako ay 2 or 3 times a day ako kumakain ng white rice. Every 6 months l take my blood test. Sabi ng doctorko wala akong diabetes. I am 5 feet 3 inches and 125 lbs. I eat fruits and vegetables. Ayawko ng matatamis na pagkain.
