- 15 Min Arm Workout with Dumbbells | Strengthen + Sculpt
This is a 15 Arm Workout using dumbbells. This is a no repeat, all standing workout. Dumbbell wise, choose a weight that gets difficult as you approach 10 repetitions. This is an interval workout with 40 sec on, 20 sec rest. I encourage you to choose a heavier set of dumbbells if possible- we will be doing about 10 reps per arm, and the last few reps should be challenging. If having "toned/sculpted" arms is a goal for you, I encourage you to seek out pilates workouts that include resistance training with dumbbells. To achieve "toned" arms, it is necessary to challenge your muscles enough to build the base of muscle underneath the fat. Resistance training + a calorie deficit is the most effective way to achieve a toned arm look. Additionally, resistance training the arms will allow you to feel stronger in every day life, and perform daily tasks with more ease. Day 6 workout completed! My arm is on 🔥💪🏽. Excellent workout today. I walk 1 mile around the track while pushing my twins in the stroller for my cardio. Week 1 completed of the 30 day challenge completed. I feel great and I see a difference already. TY Rachel

congrats!! At your first OB appt ask your doctor. I would say no for after 22 weeks bc it’s mostly supine for 20 min but early on in the pregnancy I would see what your OB says

Today is a full day in our house and I was feeling worried how did find to get this workout in and immediately started making excuses. But I made time. I woke up before my toddler and got it in! 💪🏼 thankful he slept through my footsteps walking around ha

These workouts are exactly what I've been looking for. They're quick and effective and not too much talking. I like enough talking to give instructions and then i love to zone out to the relaxing music. I also need low impact workouts due to hormones and cortisol issues. Thank you Rachel! Day 6 done!!

Appreciate an arm workout. The area I want to work on the most is my arm strength. I've completed the 28 day wall Pilates challenge and now am completing the 28 days weighted Pilates for strength. What videos in on your channel do you recommend to sculpt my arms and improve my arm strength? How often can I do an arm workout? every other day? Thanks for your thoughts.
this one is great and any that say weighted pilates x strength because they will include weights!

When you say a "set of 10 lbs dumbbells", does it mean weight as a set of two combined or the 10 lbs each dumbbell?

I’ve been adding this arm workout to the days that don’t work the arms in the daily routine. I like it a lot! I wonder, though, is this a good one for working that upper arm flab that we begin to get as we age. I’m 53 and this is really bothering me. Are there any other workouts that address this?

Thank you for the video, I have just finished day 6. How many kg of the hand weights do you recommend. I am a beginner
for beginner I usually recommend 3-5lbs.. I think that would be around 1-2.5kg
