What a great experience to find what deep pain, sorrow and unwanted emotional anger coming through with yoga. An internal healing mechanistic excercise for healing the mind ,body and soul
its finally warm enough to take my yoga mat outside so i did this practice in the sun, listening to birds & squirrels & nature. i love that this practice was focused on a lot of heart opening/backbend asanas because i really felt like i was opening myself to nature and the universe. thank you so much!

I just wanted to say how much I LOVE your classes. I stumbled across one of your Restorative Yoga classes the other day and was blown away. Your sequencing and serenity of your voice just took me to another place. I then did a class for back & hip pain and today your 1 Hour Mindful Yoga Flow. I am now a convert... 10 months ago my husband & I had a total sea change leaving Perth (Western Australia) to drive 2000km north to work on a family cattle station. I had been practicing yoga seriously for the past 6 years so I had to turn to online classes as I am 2.5 hours from the closest town. I have always loved the physical aspect of yoga but over the last 2 years I have learnt to appreciate the benefit that the spiritual/mental side of yoga also offers you. Yoga has helped me cope so much better with life challenges particularly at the moment with COVID19. We were suppose to visit our daughter who is living & working in Canada for 2 months (should have been there now) (& our son lives in Perth who we are also unable to visit) so naturally I have my good & bad days but practicing yoga daily has helped me cope so much better and I try stay positive that it won’t be to long until we can visit. I have tried many classes with many different teachers on UA-cam & am so glad to have found your classes. I love the variety of your classes & look forward to practicing with you again very soon... This workout was both challenging and effective healing for my swollen ankles. To be honest i dont know what level of yoga i am at but i do excercise and do pilates all the time and have a gymnastics and ballet background being the best at both. I also walk all the time and can do a complete wheel. I eouldnt say i am beginner but i do need to practice yoga more often. On youtube the yoga i found at forst was too simple i didnt even feel like i was working out now that i have found your class which i will revisit i will definitely find another one of your classes and do it again. Challenges in workouts is what i want most along with a healed mind &body &spirit

This was an amazing class Jessica, I haven't done a full length class in a while! I'm getting back into a mostly daily yoga practice in mornings and evenings and this was a bit challenging at times but I was really happy to find an intermediate class that was this good. I've done pretty much every yoga with Adriene there is and I'm so happy I found you cuz now I'm going to do all of your videos lolol
