But don’t worry! In this video, I’ll walk you through the entire process so you don’t have to worry about anything going wrong!
Now that you’re ready to take on international shipping, where do you plan on shipping your products? Let me know in the comments. I might be able to share a tip or two to help you more! Good luck!

I’ve been stressing about this issue for forever. Thank you for the simplification.
I'm so happy to be of help! Thank you so much for watching!! You got this! ❤️
Great advice for Canadians too! The only thing I can add is that our shipping usually is very expensive so to be competitive with American makers or each other, Canadian makers must choose whether to include none, all of or a portion of the shipping in their product price, often taking a bite out of our profit. It is a dilemma we as Canadian makers face often and very frustrating. We are a bit envious of your shipping rates. ❤
Hi Marilyn! Thank you so much for your comment!! I'm sure our Canadian followers will really appreciate it!! ❤️
Thanks! So helpful 😊
Glad it was helpful!

Hi Mei! I’ve been following you for a while now, and I was wondering if you would ever consider doing a video on how you do it all! Running shops, UA-cam, your courses, etc. I’ve always been curious about how to juggle multiple sources of income! ♥️
Hi Gina! Thank you so much for the suggestion! ❤️ My blogs below might be helpful for you:

I'd also like to add that it's okay to hire help when you're starting to feel overwhelmed. You don't want to spread yourself too thin and end up getting burnt out or spending less time on other important aspects of your business like marketing, creating, etc.
Hi Mei, would you recommend a returnless refund policy for low-priced items? I don't particularly want one of my stickers returned - it would cost more to ship to me and I'd either need to toss it or relist it for half-price (not possible to fix like a piece of jewelry). At the same time, some stationery like notepads aren't really worth returning, they could still be used despite any flaws.
Also, I don't want people abusing the returnless policy to get free stuff, so what would you recommend to write in return & refund policy, and then treat it on a case-by-case basis?
Hi Dana! This makes sense to me and allows you to offer great customer service. You don't have to promote that certain items won't need to be returned but rather when a customer reaches out about a return you can offer a refund and let them keep the item as a gift. It becomes a chance for you to really connect so they remember the excellent customer service.
Hi Mei, about the price, weight, and dimension on the custom form, does it mean you must list each individual items in, for example, your box/parcel or just the entire parcel altogether.
Hi Chinkee! You will need to specify each item’s price, type, weight, and dimensions. Process and regulations may differ depending on the location though so I still highly encourage you to verify with your local chapter.

Hi Mei Pak! I recently stumbled on to your videos, and found them to be very helpful and encouraging to start an online jewelry business. I make steel wire rings and want to sell them but don't know how to take the next step. Can you please help me?
Hi Naeem! Thank you so much for the kind words!! ❤️ You can check out my blog here: www.creativehiveco.com/how-to-start-an-online-jewelry-business-in-2020/ I really think it can be helpful for you. Good luck!! ❤️
Great🎉 can You give an idea how shipping internacional increased your orders? Maybe percent increased?
Hi Lenny! There's definitely an increase in sales from international orders. Majority of my sales are still locally (USA).
