15 Min Creative Wrist-Free Yoga Flow | No Chaturangas

  • Today's wrist free yoga class is excactly what the title promises.
    We will not be putting any weight on the wrists, so NO chaturangas, NO downward facing dogs, NO planks and NO table tops.
    This is a great practice to do if you want to challenge yourself to move in different ways and to increase your balance, but also if you need to give your upper body a break or if you have any wrist or shoulder pain/injury.
    As with all my yoga classes, we will be moving with the rhythm of the breath from pose to pose.
    I hope you enjoy this wrist free yoga class to get some movement going in your day :)
