    I definitely need this one. It was actually pretty brutal and my wrists are one of my weakest links when attempting a lot of yoga poses. Thank you for another great video! I will most likely be doing this routine daily for a while.

    Thank you I feel so much better you are incredible. I've done laser hair and body contouring 14 years and my wrists needed this strech it's my 2nd time using this video and I sent to my father.

    Hi Joelle. I have just started going to yoga class and will go every fortnight. I can twist my left wrist right around and is quite hard with my right wrist and need a lot of practice with my right wrist stretching it

      Great job Justin! Our wrists take SO much pressure from everything we do, so it's a great idea to regularly take a few minutes and stretch them out like this. Over time they'll loosen up!

    I was hoping to find a yoga video for my wrists since I have both lupus and fibromyalgia that affect them. I just finished this video. Hopefully it gives me some relief tonight.

    my ulnar zone is really in painful, until i trying this one it still hurt but not as hurt as before but still hurt
