    Love this workout. How can I fire & feel my left glute the same as my right one. I think it’s lazy & need an extra kick ? 🤦🏻‍♀️🥰

      Like I mentioned in the intro - you want to choose a weight that challenges you for the duration of the interval. Pick a resistance where you feel a good amount of effort ! Everyones body is different. Rewatch the intro if you need more tips :)
