Awesome workout! I find it great that you incorporate these types of routines in your workout plans. I myself have been doing 4-5 times pilates and yoga per week for the last 2 years, and my body (flexibility, strength, balance, endurance,...) has improved so much since then. Those are such valuable workouts and at the same time so underrated as many people think, only strength training is the goal. But generally, pilates and yoga contribute so much to my overall wellbeing. It's incredible.
I dont find these routines easy at all but I was thrilled today to find that by following your fitness plan and generally getting stronger as a result, I am now finding mobility/yoga moves progressively possible/easier over time. The perseverance is so worth it. Every part of my mind and body seems to benefit. Thank you so much for including these in your fitness regime Chris.

I echo Debbie Smith. The more I do these classes, the closer I come to being my old (younger) self. Lost mobility and flexibility, which used to be outstanding, leading up to hip and knee replacement. It's really gratifying to see hard work and perseverance pay off. Thank you for these classes.

I was really excited to see this in the schedule this week! I’m not super graceful doing the moves, especially in my plus size body, but I enjoy the challenge and the change of pace. Also I’m amazed how far I’ve come over the past year with my flexibility and overall ability to get into these poses and keep up with the flow! Thank you for encouraging me to get out of my comfort zone, it’s been so rewarding!

I needed this workout today! I had a little trouble balancing but it was such a good feeling to loosen up my body. I used to do yoga every week years ago and felt a difference. Thank you for mixing things up and challenging me with every workout!

I used to practice yoga very regularly… but I’ve gotten out of practice over the last couple of years. I’ve been hesitant to start back because it’s hard when you’re out of practice 😂 I’m so glad you did this workout. I definitely felt out of practice, but this was a great place for me to start getting back into it. I will certainly come back to this flow again. Thank you for all you do Chris!!
It wasn’t pretty but I tried my best & did what I could until the very end. I really enjoyed the pigeon at the end- that was my bonus! Thanks for pushing me out of my comfort zone once again!

This was quite a challenge for me! I usually avoid this type of class when it is on the schedule, and I don't enjoy when this type of class is the Tuesday mobility class ( but I power through because I follow your program) I almost chose a different class but told myself to give it a try. I felt my heart rate was up and it was sweaty! Thanks for the variety you offer!

I will be honest - I had every intention of not doing this workout. I did step instead on the day it was posted. I really dislike yoga flow. But then I was like wait, this is silly. I trust Chris as a trainer when she posts strength workouts and cardio workouts and stretch/mobility routines, that those are all things we need. I need to trust that even though I don't love this type of workout, it wouldn't be posted if it wasn't necessary. So I did it. It was challenging for sure, but I also felt super strong in all those 3 legged dogs and planks. I am happy I decided to trust you on this, Chris. You're an amazing trainer. Thank you!
P.S. for anyone else who is a Sweaty Betty like me and finds themselves slipping on their mat, yoga gloves and yoga socks that have rubbery tread on the bottom are a life saver!

Glad I didn't skip it! I am older and doing these workouts to avoid the nursing home. There was a workout that you and Amanda got up from the floor without using your hands. I was able to do it with y'all but now I can't remember how to do it. I would like to practice that more. We were sitting on our butts and pulled our feet up under us but I can't remember the rest. Can you guide me to a vlog with that in it?

This was awesome. I hurt my thumb recently and have been unable to hold weights. This though was the perfect full body body weight work out. Something I can do while I heal.
Very first yoga class ever! Did 40 mins step before this, so 20 mins is what I had left in the tank. Will be back for more! This is the wildest mix of super hard and super relaxing 😮😅❤

I really enjoy your step, strength, and HIIT classes, but yoga flow is just what I needed today before I go outside to cut the grass. I bought a battery powered push mower to incorporate more exercise into my routine tasks. Thank you Chris😅
