I'll admit, this isn't a video I'd usually watch or participate in. I'm a "go, go, go!" girl who does intense cardio and heavy lifting. My legs have been sore going on 4 days and felt like I wanted to do some sort of movement after walking my dog this morning. This video was actually very enjoyable! I'm learning it's okay to slow down and give my body what it needs which is sometimes a slow stretch or mobility workout. Thank you for always delivering a variety of videos and workouts. :)

Plantar fasciitis is awful! I have talked to you about mine. I had my surgery 2 years ago and my foot has never felt better. I hope you can get it better without surgery!❤ Remember that 160 people live plus all of us after parties that wish we could make live!! Thank you for this wonderful stretch!!! 🎉🎉🎉

I've been under the weather for the past few days. These leg stretches felt great. I suffered from plantar fasciitis for 3 years. In early 2023 I had tenex, a minimally invasive, nonsurgical procedure that uses ultrasound to treat damaged tendons. I was in a clumsy boot for almost 6 weeks, but no more plantar. Hope Anna feels better soon.

Yesterday I did a 40-mile bike ride and this mobility workout was just the thing to do this morning. Doing your program helps me be stronger and active.

I knew I needed this! And I was right! My CDorner Fitness towel did double duty today! HIIT sweat swiper and leg stretchy strap.
Ive done this 3 times now this week and it is having amazing results at relaxing my hamstrings, knees, hips and back which have all been particularly troublesome since my knee replacement last year. Every time I do it, I feel less tight everywhere and I manage to get that little bit further in the stretches. Plus that breath counting is almost hypnotic and so relaxing. This one is on permanent replay for whenever I get time in the evenings. I cannot thank you enough.
I now look forward to mobility Tuesdays. My lower back, hips, and legs say thank you. The breathing exercises helped me to relax.
This was an awesome routine and even helped relieve some back pain I've been having. The breathing pattern really helped relax me and I felt the stretches even more. Chris is the BEST!!❣

You comment about the petunias, reminded me of when my mom came to visit. We went shopping and I was buying clearance flowers that were struggling, my mom couldn’t understand why I just didn’t be the ones that weren’t struggling and half dead. She even offered to buy me “good” flowers. I turned her down and rescued my clearance flowers and revived them with a little work and love.
OMG!!!! I did the same thing with petunias this year!!! They are thriving and it makes me sooooo happy!! Isn't it so fun? Love this Chelsea!

Now that was spot on what I needed and actually need as often as possible because my hips are beyond stiff - it also helped my lower back loads. I've used that kind of breathing for pain control as well as getting off to sleep - it works but takes practice when you are doing it without prompts. Thank you Chris, this was amazing!

I had to put the IMDB app on my phone so I could look up people I recognize while I'm watching TV and movies. ;-) Also, I hope the therapy you're doing is helping your PF. Have you tried Yoga Toes? Everybody is different, but once I started using those my PF finally got better. Just something to consider! Thanks for all you do.

I figured after doing leg day and Tues. HITT, I could use the stretch! Felt really good stretching those hips.. I could feel some tightness on one side, and hoping this helps. I never can get the breathing right.. I never could in Yoga classes either.. But I tried, and that's what counts. Thanks Chris. and good luck with your treatments. I had the shock therapy but as part of my PT. Probably not the same thing.

Love 💕 this. I’m fighting plantar fasciitis right now too. 🤯 I’m 55 and never had it. I’m trying massage. It helped some and I’m going again next week. I hope your treatment works too. ❤ I think Louie looks like he took some of Ana’s drugs 😂
