Buy regular oats, mix your own protein. That way you can change up the taste and intake less processed ingredients. Don’t limit yourself to packaged products if you’re looking for gains. All the food he’s suggesting is good tho. Keep it up my man
Yeah, I totally agree. And stay away from that Kodiak stuff I mean in a pinch it’s OK, but homemade slow cooked oats, adding your own protein boom! Delicious and so much better for you.
EXACTLY!!! The ingredients are mostly important than the macros. This is the best comment so far. What scares me is when people just for this information and not research for themselves.
Fage is pronounced (fah-yeh) btw. I thought it was just called fage for a while until I realized they actually have to tell you how to pronounce it on the package😂
2 whole eggs, 1 avocado mashed up on some Ezekiel toast. 1 cup of oatmeal with half cup of pecans, half cup of walnuts, a banana, and honey to sweeten. Blam
Sugar is the second ingredient on the Oatmeal label. The actual protein is way down on the list. The closer to the top of the list, the more abundant. Essentially you have sugar Oatmeal with protein added. You are better off buying rolled oats, cooking them, and adding your own protein powder so you can control exactly what is going into your body instead of listening to this person and letting corporations control how much processed crap goes into you.
I just discovered that Kodiak pancake mix a few weeks ago and it’s great! Tastes like normal pancake mix in my opinion. I get the Kodiak rolled oats for my overnight oats too. Great recommendations
Kodiak has added sugar, fillers, and they add a plant based protein which is inferior . Not only that, oatmeal is a grain and grains deplete your body of certain nutrients. Follow for more corrections of influencer information. 😅
People like you make things so complicated for people just trying to lose weight or get fit. Its not that complicated and no one should be spending excess time dissecting every ingredient. Keep it simple, he suggested great low cal, high protein, and filling food.
One cup of regular oats has about 26 g of protein. People pay too much attention to brands and labels. Make you pancakes using chickpea flour, and that will pack your body with protein and fiber. Fiber being really more important to be honest. Protein just helps with the healing after you tear your muscles during your workouts. The faster you heal, the faster you build. But the best thing’s what you put in your body like fiber, which helps filter out the fat that is already there. Just eat this 🍆🍑🍓🍒🥑🍌🍎🌱🍊🍍🍋🥥🥜🥔🍇🍉🥝🥗🥦🍄🥒🥕🌽🍏🍅🥬🍚🍈🥙🌰🫒🫐🍐🧅🧄🌶️🫑🥭🍠
I'm living starting a gym tomorrow and I'm like what am I going to eat how am I going to start eating and I'm hungry so I'm like I'm about to make me some oatmeal to start the new year thanks dude Happy New Year 💯☮️
Ingredients are essential in all foods. Many on the list are heavily processed and can offset what your goal is in the long run. Everyone read your ingredients and use wisdom ❤
Just buy quacker oatmeal and mix in a protein powder. 1 to 1 you get the same result. Don’t waste your money on this expensive stuff when you already have the protein at home.
All eggs not made equal as well. I'd say go with Eggland's best or and store brand organic eggs. Eggland eggs taste way better and have more nutrients than the cheapest eggs you can find.
Hey Cori, day to day I usually eat a bowl of non sugar flakes with nuts and berries mixed in, also with skim milk, is this healthy or should I ditch the flakes? Thank you (the ones I’m eating are the Mark and Spencer Fruit and Nut Flakes
You can't exercise away a bad diet. Also everyone has a different body. I used to work for 9 hours in a kitchen sweating all day then go to the gym for 2 hours running on a treadmill. I ate legitimately ànything I wanted roughly 2600 calories and never got ripped. Then got muscular from simply counting calories and working out less intensely.
While i was cutting for a few months at 2300 cal a day i ate kodiak pancakes every day for breakfast. (2 servings) gave me carbs and protein being low cal. Definately recommend, and use zero sugar syrup but add MONKFRUIT sweetener to the syrup tastes like normal mapyl syrup.
Egg yokes is one of the most contested items by health nuts. I limit myself to 1 egg yoke a day to limit cholesterol. 1 egg yoke is at least 57% of daily recommended cholesterol. 2 or more egg yokes is well over the daily recommended. Your body needs cholesterol for hormones but too much is a bad thing. 1 egg yoke and how ever many egg whites you want.
Be careful too folks with the amount of added sugars per serving. Those protein oats have a good amount but they also have a good amount of sugars. Go with regular oats and add other ingredients
Honestly this guy is very funny just looking at him is funny 😂😂. He does have a lot of good stuff but a lot of his stuff is pretty much common sense 😂😂😂😂😂and he is always in a grocery store 😂.
With normal pancake mix I'll do this. Three servings of pancake mix and a scoop of protein powder. Then on the side I'll make three scrambled eggs. It's a nice balanced meal at that point.

Ya for sure. Processed isn’t inherently bad but Kodiak is stuffed with added sugar
Yeah, I totally agree. And stay away from that Kodiak stuff I mean in a pinch it’s OK, but homemade slow cooked oats, adding your own protein boom! Delicious and so much better for you.

Can also get lower carbs with regular pancake mix and more protein with your own powder
Ingredients are trash for the most part I would just stick to real raw oatmeal
I used to eat Kodiak stuff too. I think I stopped when I found one of there items had high fructose corn syrup which is very bad for heart health.
@@antonyh37 high fructose wow NO Go
Fage is pronounced (fah-yeh) btw. I thought it was just called fage for a while until I realized they actually have to tell you how to pronounce it on the package😂

As a Greek person I approve of that message, and thank you for becoming the top comment so I can stop listening to feiiiggg

It even says the pronunciation on the yogurt itself. At least he didn't the other f word.
I just add protein powder to my oatmeal or pancake batter
Bro seriously people who just eat the whites don’t deserve eggs 😂
a quarter carton of egg whites with two whole eggs is my go to. you don't need 4 egg yolks a day.
I eat 3 eggs a day but sometimes skip the eggs just depends. Always eat the yolks though that's literally half the egg if not more!

People who just eat the whites are trying to cut down on their calories.
my greek heart hurt when tour pronounced fage like sage with a f 😭 (but honestly happy fage is getting the credit it deserves)

bro i thought you had like at least 300k with the amount of information in these videos, you’re hella underrated! keep up the good work
Only one more thing missing
For many breakfast I eat cottage chess with blue berries in it. Vitamin c and lots of protein. Very quick easy meal
2 whole eggs, 1 avocado mashed up on some Ezekiel toast. 1 cup of oatmeal with half cup of pecans, half cup of walnuts, a banana, and honey to sweeten. Blam
Do you know the price per serving or an estimate ?
@ScrappyZoneDFS 😄😄
Needs a lot more protein
800 calories of nuts? That’s nuts! That’s also like a 2000 calorie breakfast. 250lb body builders don’t eat that much for breakfast lol.
