I see the manufacturers have gone down to not spelling out the countries and instead abbreviating them as quite a few will not know what the country code is on those olive oil bottles. Profit over people is so true.
Get olive oil from one origin. It should look green and be in a dark bottle. You will know by the taste what quality it is.

I have changed just about all of the foods and cooking oils I used since I been following Bobby and I absolutely love the Bobby App. I heard a very successful man say "The more successful you become the more haters you will attract." It's crazy how Bobby gets alot of hate by some people that watch his videos. Just blows my mind really. You ungrateful haters should be grateful that someone like Bobby is exposing the truth about ingredients that's in your food, snacks, drinks, that you're consuming everyday. Many people don't like Bobby because he gets his facts from Netflix documentaries. And he tries to sell his products at outrageous prices.
Cold brew… I freeze coffee ice cubes to add to my cold brew. Total coffee that is not diluted.
I shop at my local coops or Farmers Market. I only buy some items at a typical grocery store. Thrive market doesn’t grab me, I love to give my business to local stores. So many businesses are going out of business due to online shopping.
I hate to say this but there are very few products we should allow in from China. That is a start before we straighten out our own corporate crooks.

Salmon I invite anyone to watch a French documentary about farm raised salmon in Norway. You'll stop right away. It's a catastrophic for the fish and humans. All those who work there never eat it.
Farmed fish is so scary. Their crammed in there eating the other fish waste. Yuk!
Your assessment is absolutely true. I used to live in Seattle and took ferries that passed by a couple of these caged sites and they are ugly to see. Between tides, the salmon are exposed to their own feces, urine floating along with pellet food timely dropped on them. Please read labels when you buy salmon at the market and loom for the word "farm raised/fed. If you order salmon at your favorite seafood as the wait staff.

As far as fish eating fish waste, that is nature's plan for many species. That does not make them any less safe or tasty to eat. US grown farm raised catfish and trout are fantastic products, infinitely sustainable.
I think he’s great I started watching his videos about 4 years ago when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and now today I have reversed the affects diabetes had in my body.. just shows it is what you eat that causes all these diseases

Saturated fats are bad for lipid levels, olive oil, sometimes sesame oil are ok. But try to get fats in their natural form via seeds and nuts

I've only been to the U.S.A. Once so not sure about the sugar content but here the U.K they literally put so much sugar in all of our foods. Even a slice of bread has up to 2g of sugar in it, I'm not a fan of sweet food but why do they have to completely overload with sugar on almost every food product we buy!

Thank you Bobby for educating all of us in regards to the foods we eat. No one ever came forward before and explained how to read the ingredients and what they meant. Most of us assumed that our government (FDA) was overlooking what we consume in our diets......I know I sure did. it is no wonder heart disease...diabetes...liver disease and high blood pressure is on the rise. ( as well as obesity) As thin as I am......i had no idea that even the so -called healthy foods I was ingesting.... was actually killing me. My blood work was a total mess. Everything was either borderline bad...or it was BAD. Following Bobby Parrish and actively paying attention to what I was eating..(and reading every label carefully) ...I am not completely out of the woods with my blood work......but 80% better now. I am working on keeping with his program. My physician is thrilled with my results and it is all because Bobby Parrish stepped up to the plate and is trying to educate us so all of us can be healthy as we grow older. No one else has ever enforced any of that to us before. So to all of you who bash him....and ridicule him.....be thankful that he took the time to research everything so we can be educated consumers....and not have horrible health issues in our lives. I was a year away from open heart surgery or a stroke.....and now I am feeling better and believe it or not.....enjoying my food as well. Long gone is the BOCA burgers and tasteless healthy choices. Take my advice ....you will not be sorry. My Grandfather always said...when you have your health...you have EVERYTHING. Amen....

The Kirkland Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil says it's packed in Italy with select oils from Portugal, Tunisia, Spain, Italy, and Greece. Bobby, I thought you recommended Kirkland's Olive Oil?

There are few different varieties of Kirkland brand. One bobby recommended is labeled as bottled and produced in either Spain only or Italy only. Those are in limited distribution only however, so you won't find it in every costco.

I work with Beekeepers… always look for local raw cold packed honey, if possible.
That way you are getting unheated honey just as it it were straight from the honey comb.
In a glass jar ideally… if you see an expiration date beware because honey has no expiration date.
Yea that Really Raw honey is the real deal. I get the huge tub from Amazon. Far as the olive and avacado oil can’t go wrong with primal kitchen but I also like that stuff in the black and yellow bottle. Don’t remember the name but it has that earthy taste you only find in high quality olive oil.
