I did low impact cardio workouts for the past 3 months because I have morton's neuroma (fyi its an inflammation of nerves that shot up pain my spine every time I walk or stand more than 20 mins) but I got steroid shot few weeks ago and I feel alive!!! I can finally walk an hour or more and finally wanted to challenge myself more and boy oh boy I could only complete half of this workout but still I feel amazing! Today maybe half but few weeks from now I'll complete the whole workout thank you so much Anna!
She is a killer ......man i am dead on the floor. Annas 20 and 24 minutes are like a 40,45 minute workout. She is so calm and composed and smiling. Shows her grit and stamina. I can't even type 😂😂😂
