@@growingannanas true, what would make this better might be adding the voice to the move like "Squat" "Burpees..". My eyes are short -sighted, So a work out that I can hear the move and I don't have to wear my glasses and don't have to bend and squint my eyes for the next moves would help me breath alot :)))

I'll do this workout every day for a week, this is my challenge. I'm not an athlete, I'll go easy until I can do it completely.
Day one 3/13/22 : I did 9:50 minutes. This destroyed me!! I'm sweating from head to toe. I would have liked to push till 10:00 to put on a pretty round number, but I fell from exhaustion. I hope tomorrow will be easier.
Day two 3/14/22 : I did 13:11 minutes. I stopped when I felt my heart aching. I woke up all sore this morning (probably because I did yoga yesterday, too), and I had a hard time sitting on a chair or standing up all day. But I felt exercising today was easier than yesterday. I have much more stamina. I hope I'll keep up. See you tomorrow!
Day three 3/15/22 : I did 15:56 minutes. I stopped because I fell on the ground. My legs are aching. Why does it need to be this hard?
Day four 3/16/22 : I did 22:30 minutes. That's mad ! I did it! I'm in pain, and I can't breath anymore, but I feel like I'm floating. I still don't understand why people say working out is pleasant. It's not. I still don't get the appeal.
Day five 3/17/22: I did 24:55 minutes. I stopped, again, when I felt I couldn't keep going anymore. Seeing no results so far, just aching muscles.
Day six 3/18/22: I did 20:56 minutes. Yeah, I know, it's less than yesterday, but today I woke up feeling very tired. I actually almost didn't do it at all. Climbers are hell. I really respect athletes more after this. The feeling of pushing your body to its limits is really painful. See you tomorrow, I hope I'll be in better shape then.
Day seven 3/19/22: I did ALL of the workout. I MADE IT! This hell of a week is finally over. I can barely breath anymore, my knees are all blue, and my legs and arms are jelly. As a conclusion, I'd like to say that I've gained A LITTLE tone, my skin isn't as soft-looking as it used to. Working out is great. It's amazing. I used to think I couldn't do it, but I did. I'm going to drink a bottle of water and breath some air after this.
Thank you for following me through this challenge. It's been a very hard journey.

Thanks. Much needed. I've been having many insecurities about myself. I've been facing family problems since childhood but the bottle can't hold it anymore. I've decided to eradicate the old me from the word. I've been putting a mask in public, people don't know my real self, but I still wasn't satisfied with myself. My personality is the one that I want med which is perfect but, I need the body to be and stay confident of myself.
People tell me I'm overconfident, but they don't know what I go through. So I've decided to start working on myself to be the strong one I am in public. I started fasting cause I'm Muslim but then I reduce all my food intakes in the morning and in the afternoon/evening. I've been following a warm up video but I still had to add my own stretching exercises cause there were many which didn't figure in the video. I then learned and practiced kpop dances the whole day if I'm not revising and then, I was doing the same warming up stuff for cooling down after dinner and I practiced some more. It worked till my birthday 😑😑😑😑 it was hard to come back to my new diet and workout. Took a few days but here I am. Ready
But then, I'll add this to my warming up cause seriously it wasn't enough. Will update ya'll. I'm a future PE student, so I have toget myself back on track. I was once a hyperactive person but everything I went through got me into procrastination and binging food. I want to lose weight and I want to be proud of myself. I want people to respect me, I don't want to fall back.
You gave me back my lost motivation. I'm back on the battlefield.
Also my dream is to be a coach. Maybe in fitness but I'm not sure, however I'm hundred percent certain I'm going in the sports field😊
Day1: Okay so maybe I should do it after breaking the fast. I'm so out of breath and thirsty after the first one already 🙃 I will have to take longer breaks... Reached burpees and I'm already sweating 🙃
2nd edit: Okay so 2 days left for Ramadan to end and I decided to try again but this time I decreased the time. I added it to my actual cardio and holy Molly I'm a waterfall in the end😂😂😂😂😂. I'd really advice those who want to do this to decrease the time or frequency of exercises/moves to 10 first, get used to it, have some water in between and take breaks and then as time goes by, then add until you can do it together with her

Its almost been 3 months since I have been doing this workout and lemme tell you guys this workout is INSANE....I've been losing weight and at the same time getting stronger
At first month I could only do 10 min ...by 3rd month I did the complete workout and I felt so proud (with a little bit modifications in some moves and taking longer rest time after every 10 min)
If you are thinking of doing this , dont think twice just do it...it will make you stronger, slimmer and feel so good abt yourself
    ilysm anna❤😊
edit:its been 4 months and now i can do the complete workout within 40 mins!earlier i could complete the entire workout within 1 hr only!!!!!
edit ( final lol) ; For a while i stopped doing this workout and moved on to some others ,started with low impact and slowly built up my level and i finally was able to complete some of them without pausing or taking extra breaks ...yesterday i came back to this video and I DID THE WHOLE VIDEO WITHOUT PAUSING !Felt so proud and i rewarded myself with two cookie :D
(ps :if you are struggling, ily keep going !stay strong, you can do it!)
    Woah can't believe it's been 2 years 😮
If anyone's doing a follow up,I'm in uni rn and can use the gym only, can't do anymore home Hitt workouts since my uni accomodation is so brittle and if I jump the whole place shakes lmfao😂.BUT I still workout and take care of my body ,guys keep going 💪 xx

Am actually working out for 6x a week
Also if I'm feeling rlly sore i take rest days in between....if you're a beginner try doing 4x or 5x a week....and no just by doing hitt u can't achieve a good fitness overall, you need to mix it with strength training, cardio as well as low impact stuff and also have good nutrition, good sleep etc
You can try taking fitness advices from certified fitness expert in yt itself like Natasha oceane, grow with Jo or any trust worthy channel....
And also those days where i take rest/when I'm unable to exercise due to inconvenience i make sure to walk 10k steps also doing longer streches as well ...
      Hope this helps 🙂

I consider myself fit and workout 5x a week consistently. This one killed me, I found myself resting longer than 10 secs and modifying some of the exercises. This was a good challenge, and a perfect workout especially after indulging in all the Christmas dinner and goodies. Lol I will definitely be coming back to this one. Thank you!!

Same, I work out 5x a week and consider myself fit! I can run 13 miles and feel only sorta tired. But this workout absolutely KILLED me. I couldn’t do some of the moves and had to pause for breaks 10 times!!!!

This was my first ever Anna workout 2 years ago so it holds a special place in my heart Lol… I always come back to it because I can now complete about 90% of it all the way through... I wasn’t consistent back then but I have been over the last 6 months. I do her workouts 3 times a week… The workouts got me back in shape to play basketball again at age 40… With these workouts and better eating habits, I went from 218 lbs to now 173 lbs… hope this comment helps someone like other comments have helped me.

Day 1- 17:15 with lots of break.
Day 2- 21:16 with more breaks and modification in side planks.
Day 3 - 12:24 its too hot here, started feeling dizzy.
    Day4 - did some cardio
    Day5 - 25:14 with lots & lots of breaks.
Will do different workout from tomorrow. It's boring to do same exercise daily and also Overusing same muscles can lead to excess soreness, and doesn't leave any time for your muscles to repair and grow.
    Day 4 & 5 - different workout
Day 6 - 35:23 with a big break in middle and some of small breaks

I want to thank you for your content. I started training again after 1,5 year of trauma eating. Was always an athlete (surf instructor) but let myself go completely. This video was my first and I did it four times this week, making progress every time. But today I nailed it without stopping! I went slower than you for some of the minutes but I never quit! After that I cried, tears of joy and emotional release, but most of all the message to myself “you are worth it! 🥲😍”. I wanted to share this because I’m thankful, so great full! Thank you for this generous content! Much love ❤️

Day 2 and I did it all🎉🎉🎉🎉. I feel great! Thank you for this workout.
Day 3:Sunday was my rest day. I was super sore .
Day 4 19/12/22…just completed the whole workout. I realized it wasn’t as hard.
I’m showing myself self love treating my body right . I feel so happy right now . See you tomorrow
Day 5 20.12.22…just completed the workout. I’m loving this so much so that I couldn’t wait for this morning …. My plan is to start focusing on my health . I’m eating well and now working out . Go me! See you tomorrow.
Day6 21/12/22… woke up super late so I couldn’t work out
Day 7 22/12/22…..oooo boy I’m I glad I completed this workout . I feel great and not guilty as I did yesterday. I’m cooling down as I type this . Anyway, have a great day ! ❤
Day8 23/12/22….yaaaay to me! All done and sweaty. I feel amazing . I realized it gets easier everyday . I usually start my workout between 5 to 6 am , sometimes after 430. What I struggle with is waking up from my comfy bed but you know what ? I just ask myself do you love yourself ? Why are you working out in the first place ? Who is going to benefit from this . Self discipline takes a lot to stick with but pays off. Please be encouraged to keep going . I know I am moving forward …..are you coming ? Enjoy your day .
