The tesla cannon is too overpowered for using fusion cells 😂
What... I nearly killed myself using that thing in the subway tunnels! Do not use in close quarters!
It also doesn't have a reload animation, so every Tesla Cannon basically has Never-ending by default.

i love how the show made me want to play fallout again, i was even about to break and just load up my modded save, then the update came out and all semblance of the want to play went out the window.

Im guessing the grenade launcher damage in vats was actually just showing the impact damage
Since games usually do have a little bitty tap damage on the grenade hitting something
Before it explodes and destroys them
That's how it works with Rocket Launchers and the Fat man, so it doesn't surprise me that it's just based on initial impact damage for the GL, too.
Crazy how they didn't do anything and call it next gen to sell again
Well they did do one major thing with this update, ruin almost all mods :)

Try 500. Thankfully i prevented my game from updating once I heard about the update so my game's still stable.
I love Fallout 4. A 'Next Gen Downgrade' would have been a better description. Dealing with the issues to mods (on Xbox) has been like wading through treacle. It's just about holding together now, but it's been rough and I've abandoned any mod more complicated than the simplest Quality of Life mods (for now). Clearly the upgrade will have been worth it, but it's going to take some time to regain stability.

I started like 2 days ago and i have 11 power armors because how op the tesla canon is

@@Myst291 they made every creation on the creation club free? I don't think so, they gave some free ones in the update, but there are still plenty u can buy in the CC.

The tesla cannon not only uses one kf the most common ammos but has no reload animation.
Does the uncapped FPS mod work? Yours looks a lot smoother than the other creators' videos where theirs is stuck at 60.
Fr it looks a lot better even on performance mode on Xbox. The lighting just feels so much more real and bright when it should be

@wilfredwayne7139 yeah I only noticed slight grass increase in the distance and slightly sharper if u have 4k compatible screen not worth the lag tho 60 fps feels too good
This is literally just john fallouts adventure through the falloutverse, where he finds the fallout armor in the fallout vault and bad guys.
I didn't do the quest against the Enclave, I just stumbled upon the building in the Glowing Sea and got all those weapons along with six full suits of X-02 Enclave Power Armor and two suits of the Hellfire Power Armor lolz
And now you don’t have to worry about caps again 😜
Ive taken ALL OF THEM. None kf the armors were left behind. I had the flares for a heli bird so i loaded it up.
Went from like 200 something weight to over 1000
some people said you get more ammo for baseball launcher when you pick ammo after using it.
I played the new update, pressing e to get an item will take a while to adjust. Because instead of getting the item right away, it does wired and sometimes annoying things like it's not that hard to get the item from the shelf.
Playing the new update content on my high level character " Fiona" is amazing. Playing it with a level 111 character is a different experience from a level 1 character " HeyLey". " HeyLey" struggled a lot. At least she has a different opening quest. While" Fiona" was having a blast with Piper.
Your character level do matter thu, a new character struggles more but got more experience and made the game easier. But for a veteran character, they make it look easy but it's actually a challenge, and finished or almost finished all the game has to offer ( unless you have mods ).
Please tell me this fixes the problems with FPS in the major areas I have not seen a comment talking about fps or boston yet and the update log says stability thats about it
The Napalmer/incinerator in VATS acts like a mortar at long range. Pretty fun.
Tesla cannon is my new favourite weapon, I also have like 5 different sets of enclave power armour, even got a set of mkVI X02
just starter playing last week. i get to around level 12. i had no idea why like 7 quests randomly pop up. i get crazy loot and end up destroying every boss ( 3 shot kellog)

It’s a buggy mess mostly on the pc but it keeps crashing my game and some of the new weapons don’t show up on screen but I did find it cool they added the x02 hellfire power armor
I want to figure out how to get the nuka grenade ammo, no where I looked even mentions how to get it. (even the console command would be a godsend)

Same. On my PS5 FO4 loads super fast, looks great, and is smooth as butter. I haven't had any crashes or bugs so far either. Honestly this has been an amazing upgrade imo. It's only bad if you're a PC gamer.

For some reason my Fallout 4 simply doesn’t work on my PS5. It’s not a hardware issue as literally all my other games work as intended. I’ve cleared cache and redownloaded the game and it still crashes at the menu and tells me that there was a game error. Hopefully this next gen update fixes this so I can actually play it
Do y'all have any PS5 mods you play with? Every single one I find is for PC and Xbox
I like that they include buildables as part of the reward in the extra enclave miniquests.
Overjoyed that the barricades can clip into the ground a little so they can fit more easily.
Annoyed that Enlcave have really powerful equipment, and then I use it for myself and am happy.

Seems the update polished up the graphics, as well. A highly pixelated blur is still a blur, after all. Crisper images, now.

I feel like I've been to the places and killed the named npcs used in these new quests before, at least some of em, I specifically remember Pyro being one Ive blasted :D
I need help I downloaded the ps5 version and I downloaded the wasteland workshop stuff but now all the concrete stuff I had built is gone what’s the deal there?
What's funny is, that for the update i booted the game up again on my playstation, don't remember where i left off years ago and turns out i just came out of that bunker where Pyro is sitting at. Killed him the moment is saw him and didn't even know it is content from the update. I actually thought that it was the next step for whatever i was doing around there and i logged out at that point. xD
tbh the no reload animation is kinda op, like you can infinitely spam It so it is like an automatic never ending effect
They fixed the vault door glitch, immediate 12 out of ten.
Little longer on load times, but kinda shows they did fix stuff

I noticed how smoother the game runs, and how nice of Fallout to cause all your mods to get removed. Thankfully I had favored most, and was able to remember the ones I didn't.

The most broken thing is that i just did a new game and i didnt know this quest was new and this enclave power armor is the highest tier on drop, tier 6. So you get the most powerful armor in the game right at the start lol, i do melee only to make it more fun but most enemies die in 1 hit with 13 strength and max melee perks...

I just have few mods and they work like a charm, actually the loading screen is faster on ps4. I love also the graphic enhancements the new gen added
Upgrading the tesla canon makes it even more op. It'll arc between enemies and can clear entire rooms.
Ah so you didn't find out the incredible power of the baseball launcher, VATS. Best used in-doors.

I love the update on series x it actually plays smooth and fun for once. With no mods and I don’t play with mods personally. My only problem is all my new guns are invisible and there’s big red arrows all over my map like unloaded assets

The thing that always made me mad was in fo3 the tesla cannon would one shot vertibirds I was finally getting around to a railroad playthrough when it first came out....was like heck yeah bos don't stand a chance then when everything gets lined up it takes 10 shots to bring one down I was mad I spent like 5 bucks to basically do what I have always done and just ignore them the AOE damage does off the soldiers inside tho so that's a plus I guess
The guns are invisible and only fire red exclamation points on my game.

I like the nail gun and grenade launchers but personally I could do without the baseball launcher, the sawblade gun, and the piggy bank launcher because I would preferred a pump action shotgun. Bethesda could've ported it from 76. Which is easier said than done; I know, but still 76 and 4 share the same engine so it's possible.
Could be big for consoles, but for PC, it is just a few short quests, and some seriously overpowered weapons. If I want those, I just download some mods. Also, there is a mod for an enclave power armor which looks way cooler.
So ye, Todd, thanks for something that is purely an advertisement to sell more of a 10-year old game.
I hope Bethesda have a patch to fix the next gen patch!!!!
Playing it on series X. The grenade launchers don’t show. They’re invisible. Makes me sad. I was so excited to finally have grenade launchers and make a proper demo build. But nope.
Hopefully they fix it soon.

I have been playing on ps4 with all cc and some mods and its been running on my ps5 better than anything since its release i still have not allowed my pc to update yet cause i have 200 mods and the script extender and i know thats going to break

the content that you didn't do it's kinda there, the halloween one was bugged so i had to hard start it by jumping steps, but it tells a little history that was kinda funny and kinda sad, then there is the enclave decorations that its just going to a place, and after killing the enclave there you pick up a magazine, 3 times that is, is kinda sad that one of the steps its to deactivate a radio tower and tell something about them not fortifyingit again, but at least in the mean time that i left it on that step no more enclave did show up and only 2 raiders did, each place do have some environmental history telling though
I been playing it using maim2 with hardcore health and it's damn hard.😢

haha thanks! fair question, the truth is sometimes but yeah i go through so many that it’s hard to keep playing anything. the last game i played to completion after making a video was dragon’s dogma 2. just depends on how much i like it!
