Great videos. Thanks for all the info. Would it be possible to assign a foot switch to change what the expression pedal is controlling? So if the foot switch wasn’t engaged the expression would control volume and with toe switch wah. Then you engage foot switch and the expression pedal now controls delay time and reverb decay. Hopefully that makes sense.
Still waiting for Fender Australia to get the Mission Audio Exp pedals in stock. Been nearly 4 months since Ive had my TMP. Still can’t get one!! Very frustrating. Still not using it live because of this.
When daw recording with the TMP, which is your preferred method of hooking it up? Straight into the computer with the usb, or routing the TMP through an external audio interface first? Any differences in quality? Which way is better for monitoring your guitar while you play? I just bought the TMP bundle from Sweetwater. The Mission pedal is on back order but they sent the rest. They said the pedal may come sometime in December. I was able to get the foot switches and expression pedals on my midi controller to work with the TMP. I'm using the FCB1010 made by Behringer.
I have one other question please about using bluetooth with the TMP. I am able to pair with my Iphone without any problems. But the built in bluetooth on my PC can't find the TMP. I don't understand why since my PC is finding every other bluetooth device in the house.
Sorry, I use a Mac Mini, and it finds the TMP after a minute of searching. Have you updated your TMP to the most recent firmware and installed the ASIO driver?
@@DougBsDigitalDen So I just figured out the problem. Under bluetooth configuration in windows, I had to change a setting from default to advanced. It was really confusing me because just a few minutes earlier I was able to pair my iphone to the pc. I couldn't understand how the phone could pair with the TMP and the PC, but not PC to TMP. lol. Yes the first thing I had to do was update the firmware. Before I updated, I couldn't get the TMP desk top app to connect. It said tone master not found. As soon as I updated it connected. I also downloaded the TMP asio drivers.
H Doug, thank you for your videos, they help a lot. I have a Mission Engineering EP1-KP (i used the Kemper before i bought the TMP) Do you know if this pedal work for the TMP and how can I connect this to the TMP to use the toe switch? One cable or two? Many greetings from Germany Ronny
I found this info: 'Just to let you know, the Mission Engineering EP1-KP-GN (expression pedal design for Kemper) works perfectly with the TMP!" You'd need 2 cables: a single TRS cable for expression, and a single TS cable for the toe switch.

USB is so much easier, and I don't hear any difference in monitoring. Congrats on getting a TMP!

You have to go the Cloud via the Pro Control app. That's where you'll find it.
