What have you tried for hot flashes that worked or didn't work? Share it with us in the comments here!
Castor oil packs on abdomen over liver for a gentle detox. I had vicious hot flashes and it seemed to help over time.
Wonderful informative video as ever Dr Majd ❤️ I love Venlafaxine, and I always talk to my patients who are extremely misinformed about their favorite “bio identicals”
Thank you for your kind words, Dr. Adib -- means a lot coming from you :) Yes, i've found velafaxine to be a relatively good option, too. Thank you for sharing your valuable experience with us!
thanks
Thank you for this video. I suppose I’m starting menopause and my life is terrible because of the hot flashes and night sweats. My doctor suggested black cohosh and I’ve been taking estroven for a few weeks now with no improvement. I’m not sure what to ask my doctor to prescribe me but I need something to help me soon. I can’t function like this 😢
Hello doctor my name is Moses I am 22 years old and I am experiencing the symptoms mentioned in your video of having hot flashes I know that your video is mostly focused on women and menopause but I feel the hot flashes that you describe. I have low testosterone(recently found out) and really don't know if having low testosterone can be the cause of me suffering the hot flashes ? around 2months ago I suffered a Urological emergency of bilateral testicular torsion where I had to go to the ER. Is it possible that this torsion or twisting that I had contributed to me having low testosterone now ? Its because immediately after that I felt normal in terms of all of the symptoms associated with low t i didn't feel anything i felt okay but it is now when I'm having all of these things occurring hot flashes and being very moody also lack of motivation and I went to check my testosterone levels and they are at 139 ng/dl. My lab sheet shows that level Falls below normal limits and I am having hot flashes and problems falling asleep too. I would appreciate it greatly if you could provide me your opinion on how i can get back to normal. Thank you in advanced
I’ve heard venlafaxine can cause weight gain.
Is so beautiful dr.majd MD but i like you...
You are so sweet😍
