I would never let my beer set out like this guy does. I would package immediately. He's gutsy. A lot of people have told me that the Krausen carb process will clean up even oxidation, but I won't risk it.
Krausen or Gyle carb is the answer. I wouldn't know how to do it any other way. Never had a bottle bomb, and only had one infected bottle over the years. You won't regret it. Any questions, gnome will get you in touch with me.
Ah i remember now. My spunding failed on the Belgian and beer and yeast shot out. Probably the reason they didn't carb well. 😢
