Mandatory DNA test in 30 days after the child is born. $250 insurance pays. $5 option within insurance. $50 deductible. Not for the mother or the father but for the child. The child must get the truth from the beggining.

He can't, he had 60 days after signing the VAP to challenge paternity, after the 60 days it's binding. The only way to end child support is to locate the biological father and prove that other man is the biological father.

It's worse - in many states (most) it's PRECEDENT that if a boy is molested, and a child results, he has almost zero chance for custody, but he WILL be ordered to pay child support. My fiancé's ex claimed he was the father of her baby while she was cheating on him with atleast 2 different men. He is listed as the child's father but paternity is in question. He stopped paying her child support directly to her (outside of the state system) because she was denying him access to his supposed child while demanding money. She disappeared with the child. In Texas you can question paternity if you discover evidence that brings paternity in to question as any age up to 18. If she ever comes back looking for money, she will be slapped with a paternity suite. If your income is low enough Texas will cover the cost of the paternity test as part of the suit, but I don't know if they seek reimbursement from the proven parents after they're enrolled in the state run child support system.

@@deannapalmatier What the hell are you talking about "making men step up" and "consequences of his actions"? Are you dense? He wasn't the father. This guy wanted to be involved and she fucked him. Its women like this accusing the wrong man of being the father and then gaslighting them and pulling that "don't you trust me" card. She should be arrested and forced to pay back all the child support she stole from him. Your assessment is what allows women like this to get away with this nonsense and take zero accountability. You aren't defending someone who was wronged...you're defending someone who wronged another person and used female privilege to game the system.
