  • Beverly Mouse is bringing her ex husband to court to seek more relief in terms of child support. Brandon Mouse has recently come into an amount of money in the form of a TV endorsement deal that his company has landed. Can this endorsement deal be deemed as extra income or does it belong to his company?

      Seriously though.
I had a misdemeanor theft charge from 5 years ago, my ex stole money out of my register at my work while I was using the bathroom but since it was my workplace and my drawer we got the same charge, and even though its been years and it was the only time in my entire 32 years of living that I've ever been in trouble, never even had a ticket, I'm still treated like shit over it. It's hard to find any job at all, people accept felonies before theft misdemeanors which makes zero sense, and every good job I've almost had always gets taken from me when they find out about the charge.
I paid all of my fees on time, paid the restitution back by myself, finished probation with zero incidents, and I'm still treated like a criminal.
      It's ridiculously unfair.

I don't think this is a good ruling. He doesn't make $82,500 yet, he may actually never make that much since promised compensation, especially from a new venture doesn't always pan out. He should pay support based on what he earns that day, not future/potential wages. Let's say that his income doesn't reach $82,500, now he needs to come back to court and pay the fees to have it reduced, yet he will still owe that higher support until it is reduced. Bad ruling here...

Come from short, and after watching the full vid, the more i disagree with the decision. First, the endorsement isn't even done yet, so he doesn't have the money yet, deal can be cancelled.
Second, that's not his personal income, it's business income, that 20k isn't going to his pocket, counting that as his personal income doesn't make sense.
Third, Joe, her new husband being rich, should have a lot to do with child support, that mean she and her new partner can afford supporting the child.
Fourth, baseball and cheerleading isn't basic need, I don't think it's right to count that in the child support, since child support supposed to be for necessity, if it's like a pc for school i can still understand.
