- Jacky is bringing Benny, her soon to be ex-spouse, to court for child support. They have 4 children and Benny is not providing any support although he makes a ton of money. Benny says one of his drummers was "beating" and he is not sure if the last child belongs to him.
She legit only heard the 300$ for health insurance and completely shut down, he heard the 2800$ and became more aware. They were both insufferable and argumentative. It's hard to act that annoying so naturally.

So sorry to hear this. Hope people pay attention to this. I did family law for a bit and it is hell watching families being ripped apart over the adults drama. Keep it clean - watching a family right now where the mother has bad mouthed their dad to the children so much that they don't want to live with her.
Keep the disagreements between the two of you and not the child. It is best for any children you have since it is better to co parent in a civil fashion and the kids have two parents to support them.

Funny to an extent IMO. This kind of thing pisses me off that people like this are able to continue to keep their kids and act like this around them....much less treat them the way they do.
Its obvious that mom and dad BOTH are insufferable human beings. And the judge was just WAY TOO HAPPY to be able to legally trap a man that has LEGITIMATE CONCERNS(seemingly) about his paternity regarding one of the kids between the two of them. Or even more if I heard correctly from the dad.

My friend and her husband adopted a boy and then her husband decided he wanted a divorce. He was ordered to pay child support but because he was a policeman the order was never enforced and my friend ended up raising her son on a teacher salary while her ex lived on a fancy house boat and bought fancy sport cars. I hope things are different now.
