Or, maybe drink 3 cups of green tea a day, make a daily smoothie of grapes, blueberries, strawberries, and tumeric (to get a cocktail of rich polyphenols that include cucurmin). Eat a daily salad containing onions and broccoli sprouts for even more antioxidant compounds and sprinkle a tablespoon of chia or flax or hemp seeds on the salad to get your Omega-3. Mushrooms are a food with powerful brain and nerve supporting agents and promote healing of nerves and growth of brain tissue.

🙏Thank you, dearest Mobeen, I already use these substances especially Curcumin in all my meals. The question that we should ask ourselves is how do we determine when inflammation is too aggressive? Surely we don't want to stop our beautiful body functions if they are needed, perhaps this is worth discussing in a future video? ❤
You are correct. There's needed inflammation as well. Will discuss.
