I always enjoy your artwork on these medical/health videos, and seeing your fine paintings from your vacation was really lovely! Thank you for being a true servant to your virtual medical clients, we know you are educating many!
Thank you for this. It would be so great to get dental professio also and medical professionals working together to combat inflammation. Working as a hygienist I have come to realize that the gingiva are one of the first areas in the body to present with inflammation if there is something wrong. Unfortunately, current dental guidelines don't address diet as treatment for periodontal disease.
Even more unfortunately so many people do not have dental insurance. I 100% believe dental care should be included in health insurance policies, it should not be seen as a separate part of healthcare.
I’m in the same boat. When the migraines/inflammation are very bad I have found a 1 or 2 day fast to be very helpful. Also occasional glutathione IVs seem to help with the migraines. I started with 1,000 mg but I do 2,000 mg now. Usually once per month. Good luck finding solutions that work for you.
I have seen this in operation in an elderly family member. The dementia lessened once the person’s infection was addressed. I experienced a similar reaction to an undiagnosed UTI recently, which led to a seizure. Just before the seizure began, I experienced some dementia-like symptoms.
Thanks for saying that this can be controlled any way we can. So many propose we follow a certain way that is not always possible for everyone to follow, but you suggest we find a way that each can follow individually.
Thank you Dr Been... Your work inside these dark moment in all World, when right are persuit from shadows forces... But you and all others honorables in our time, give us a light upon our days about the human health..> GOD BLESS you and your staff and all of us who stay together in these last fight for RIGHT and RIGHTNESS...
Thank you Mobeen! Very important papers to understand. Now, I am intently curious how our near infra red-starved lifestyles, largely devoid of regular exposures to daylight (particularly the NIR), plus the similar experimental laboratory NIR-starved environments, might need to overlay the quantum biology of light issues into this assessment? Low D3, low NIR inducement of mitochondrial exposure benefits for structured water energy function and melatonin production, may be essential to understand along with these important inflammation understandings? Our switch to too much indoor LED lighting (cutting out the NIR from incandescent lighting), appears maximally problematic for increasing inflammatory effects as well? No?
@@marcyvhundley2851 Indeed, the structured water in mitochondria (and blood flow/endothelial protections of structured water) appear to be mechanisms of action essential to understand and educate about ASAP.
Interesting and important. This also explains why maintaining adequate sleep habits is so important, we just need to connect the facts. As we know, lack of sleep is one of the main triggers of systemic inflammation, and therefore, this explains why someone at the age of 50 who sleeps an average of 7 hours has a 30% lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s compared to someone else who sleep less. The shorter the sleep duration, the higher the risk. What will 10x the benefits is that in order to get the best possible sleep quality we need to follow a sleep-healthy diet and exercise habits...something we can start doing today!
Have you read the work of Dr Dale Bredesen and his book The End of Alzheimer’s. He has at least 36 different factors that can be addressed to halt or reverse dementia.
Wow, I am the type to try to tough it out. Now I believe that is a bad thing to be doing and that treatment of illness with best practices is better for brain health. Thank you.
So did I get this right: peripheral inflammation causes activation or microglial cells that activate cytokines that can cross the BBB and cause inflammation that leads to dementia?
I was put on cosentxy thinking I have PsA. I have. I markers for PsA only inflammation. Cosentxy has brought 98% of swelling down but I feel it’s impacting my anxiety majorly! Going through a bad flare of straight diarrhea loss of appetite now chest pains. Idk what to think anymore!! Felt good for a week after my third infusion then bam.
I would think it would be similar to burn damage (1st degree, 2nd degree, 3rd degree).. inflammation over time does cumulative damage to nerve cells and receptors... Stopping inflammation would it seems stop the dementia progression.
So, when I asked my allopathic docs to please include CRP test when yearly testing, plus 6 month D3 testing, they said NO? I assume they did not want to 'poke the insurance'? I mat have to find some western Oregon functional medicine doctors, but they need to have a significant knowledge of quantum biology included! This may not be easy to find. Thank you for very important information in this presentation!
Very interesting. My doctors told me I shouldn't keep taking ibuprophen because it's harmful. I asked what to do for the constant inflammation. They had no solution. I asked about the harm done by constant inflammation. One of them said I had a point. Still no solution, however.
We can't switch of the pollution, this is true, but we can create pollution free zones in our homes. The bedroom is a good place to start, so as to be pollution free when we sleep, which is a non negligible % of our time. We can also inform ourselves, when the outdoor pollution is at a high risk of triggering the inflammation, if we are prone to pollution triggering it, and avoid doing high risk activities on high risk days. It is all well and good to go jogging, it's good for us, but it isn't good to do physical activity if ozone or nitrogen dioxide levels are raised, because this promotes oxidative stress, and the oxidative stress is the cause of the disproportionate inflammation. Making our problems worse, by doing things we believe to be helpful, because we are unaware of how atmospheric chemistry is affected by pollution, and how the affected atmospheric chemistry is affecting cellular function, should not be happening, because all the information is available to avoid it. Sportsmen and women shouldn't be dropping dead on the playing fields and while running marathons, because we shouldn't be playing sports, or running marathons, when the air isn't suitable for outdoor physical activity. Or we should, at the very least, establish who are the ones who prone to it, and they shouldn't be participating.
Been having problems with my eye from inflammation its constant and the opti is not sure why yet but says my immune systen seems to be attacking my eye... It has been a new on set since January.
Can ,,cold agglutinine,, and high level of cryoglobuline explain,, happy hypoxia,, ? Cold agglutinine can occur after coinfections with Mycoplasma pneumoiae.

I really appreciate you. I have chronic inflammation from long covid. Thank you for this podcast!

So the reactive oxygen species ROS are being caused by inflamation and going to the brain? Is this correct?
Is a telemere a neuron? Are telemeres in the brain?
Excellent coverage of a complex issue presented in a comprehensible manner

Thank you for sharing your experiences. It is so reassuring that you and your family member were able to reverse the symptoms.
You are one of my heroes Dr. Been! Love the info you present in your lectures and so appreciate the way you explain concepts. You’re one of a kind.
Liking-in with a hello to @Drbeen Medical Lectures and all KoolBeens!
God bless you Sir. You are doing great job.
Thanks for saying that this can be controlled any way we can. So many propose we follow a certain way that is not always possible for everyone to follow, but you suggest we find a way that each can follow individually.
🐥🐥🐥 interesting topic. Might have to watch tomorrow, but wanted to say Hi 👋.
Great video. Important info for everyone, especially Long Covid patients with untreated inflammation.

Best Doc and artist! Thank you for caring about us and teaching us
Thanks for the help dr.
Thank you for the lecture Dr Bean.
Good advice for inflammation. All time high is closer for me RN.
wonderful studies, interesting and educational, 🙏 Thanks for sharing them with us koolbeens 🥰
How suddenly can decline be reversed?! Thank you very much. Excellent topic.

Great suggestions! Thanks. Would be good to have Dr Been discuss structured water and how we can support it.

Such an interesting talk!

The mushroom Amanita Muscaria 🍄 has been studied and found to be beneficial for all 3 of those conditions.
Sleep
Antiinflammatory
Microglia
😁👍🍄
Looking forward to learning more about public enemy #1.
Long C 🤯🔥 taking Ldn now🙏🙏
Excellent review!
Top notch analysis! Thank you for bringing this together for us!!
Big fan of your lectures, Dr Been.
Thank you

Luv his interpretation. Bravo
Thank you sir

What do you think about magnesium L- threonate??
2am in UK.. sleepy .. but is McGroglia Scottish ?
Useful discussion. Thank you so much. Is hyperinsulinemia a pro - inflammatory state and may lead to dementia?
Yes.

If inflammation is resolved, will some cognitive function return?
Not after you regenerate new neurons
Yes. At least if you catch it early enough.
I would think it would be similar to burn damage (1st degree, 2nd degree, 3rd degree).. inflammation over time does cumulative damage to nerve cells and receptors... Stopping inflammation would it seems stop the dementia progression.
Exercise!

Order them yourself from LabCorp or Quest.
Can ketones help for inflammation? Is beta-hydroxybutyrate a good choice?
Micro-glia, interesting word.
Glia: From Ancient Greek γλία (glía), γλοία (gloía, “glue”), γλοιός (gloiós, “a glutinous substance, gum”)
Thank you Dr Been. Have happily become a member. 🎉

Go and see a naturopath. they have lots of herbal anti-inflammatories (fish oil, saffron, lots of them).

It's certainly a subject that every health ministries should be putting more effort in creating awareness about. Thanks for sharing.
2 years of long covid damage, I think it is too late for me 😢
What inflammatory aid do you recommend for the brain?
Can you get micro glia from eating liver?
Can high level of cryoglobuline explain,,brain fogg,, after SARS COV2 infection ?
Wonder. About. Endotheleum. And. Nitricoxide. Produceing. Efects
🙏
Been having problems with my eye from inflammation its constant and the opti is not sure why yet but says my immune systen seems to be attacking my eye... It has been a new on set since January.
I have the same problem
Did cryoglobuline level increase after SARS COV2 infection ?
The microglia sound similar to Spike protein
If an approach that negates TNF-a is used, could the flip side be an increase in cancers?
Is Hidroxychloroquin used in rheumatoid poliartitis ?
Hydroxychloroquin is the spelling.
Can ,,cold agglutinine,, and high level of cryoglobuline explain,, happy hypoxia,, ?
Cold agglutinine can occur after coinfections with Mycoplasma pneumoiae.
💯👍🙏
Did Hydroxychloroquin decrease level of cryoglobuline ?
Hydroxychloroquin is the spelling.
Can reversibile erytocite agglutination induce endothelial inflamation ?
@ Faraz 😂
Prayer helps sooo much against all these destructive situations. Be blessed all the ones who WANT to have Faith and do truly have Faith!!
TGF b1/ galia?
Anyone else seen an uptick in vascular dementia in the past few years? I wonder what could be causing it? Hmmmm.
the real truth can be hard for most viewers to even click on, much less swallow
Good, excellent video but no I will not be discussing anything with a doctor as they have proven themselves as poor critical thinkers and worst
Faith in a living God and His Son Jesus’s sacrifice and resurrection helps me deal with stress and difficulties.
