    Dear Dr. Been,
Thanks for the spreadsheet. I have saved it for reference.
A good follow up to this discussion would be one that covers how we can get many if not most of these molecules by consuming whole healthy foods and making lifestyle choices like safe sunbathing and exercise.
Peace, Love, Health, and Freedom, to all who are fortunate enough to strive for these goals. 🙏

Can you please make a video on methods to clear glymphatic waste in the brain? I remembered u did a video on brain fog some years ago, talking about how the brain is unable to clear out glymphatic waste. There is Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) - perhaps you have covered that and I missed it. They are using some of the above substances AND have added H1 inhibitors (antihistamines) eg cetirizine hydrochloride, to control mast cells. Another study I saw looked at Interstitial Cystitis, Irritable Bowel etc, and found the culprits were histamine, bradykinin and heparin. Some of that would be mast cell, maybe all, but they did not venture into OTC substances that might help. There were also resident bacteria - a form of e-coli - living in the bladder wall that did not leave using typical antibiotics at usual dosage and time frames. I had heard before that bacteria set up in the bladder walls. I had also read that schistosme worms cover themselves with host bacteria to protect themselves from the immune system. While schistosomal infection is not considered a serious contented in northern climates, I wonder about the people who have come in contact with aquarium water which has a variety of snails from tropical countries and may also sneak in on plants sold for aquarium use.
I have raised tropical fish and numerous types of snails for 59 years.
The mechanism for IC seemed to be repeated infections leading to over-reaction and chronic activity of mast cells.

Isn't it the same thing instead of taking curcumin in supplement form to eat fresh curcumin? Or, isn't it the same thing instead of taking omega 3 supplement to eat salmon? It would help if you gave specific examples of the various categories of inflammation. For instance, the Core category that includes reactions to viruses, bacteria etc. I assume Covid would fall into that category? the middle category and last category I have no idea what the causes of those types of inflammation would be. Maybe I missed it.

Inflammation is a response to something causing the reaction. All the usual suspects should be considered, intake of offending chemicals in food and water are first on the list.

Perfect timing, Dr. Been! My husband wanted me to research how to help his inflammation in connective tissues such as tendons. Since ibuprofen works on it (but he wants to avoid it for the other issues that come with it), then it likely is the arachadonic acid pathway, I assume?
