Just a word of caution. I committed to turmeric daily for years now. But just learned that it also is effective to remove iron. I have low iron but didn’t know the turmeric can contribute to this. Now I’m changing my use of it.

Your videos are the best. Please discuss lupus and rheumatoid combined with cardiac failure. There are many supplements when taken for the condition alone, but when they are experienced together, there is so much to think of. Stuffs that can help the heart can cause a flare up and vice versa as well

Thanks, this is great! BUT why do you forget to talk about OPTIMAL SLEEP QUALITY as one of the best ways to facilitate the many processes that make the immune system stronger? Here one sample: Research underscores the significance of sleep as the critical time for facilitating NK cell production. For instance, someone who sleeps only 4 hours nightly has a 25% lower count of NK cells in blood compared to someone else who sleeps 7 hours. This level of NK cell deficiency corresponds to a 60% increased risk of cancer-related mortality. (from Brain, Behavior, and Immunity Volume 25, Issue 7, 2011, Pages 1367-1375)

If I eat outside of the carnivore diet, my pain comes back along with gut issues. IF for up to 24 hrs has helped my. rain and inflammation. The carnivore diet took 8 months to see s significant difference in my pain but when I did, it was found overnight. I thought this would help others. 😊❤

Progesterone has to oppose estrogen because if estrogen isn't opposed, it gets dominant when progesterone is low from stress. I use estrogen, progesterone and dhea to fight the stress related weight, bone and lean muscle loss from high levels of cortisol for 8 years.. estrogen dominance can grow into cancer and progesterone builds bone, keep the libido high and is a natural antidepressant. Balance is key.

@@louisezaros1616great to start bioidentical hormone replacement therapy at the onset of menopause, maybe sooner. Drinking too much alcohol, exposure to toxic molds, plastics, possibly hormone treated dairy cows milk, can increase certain estrogens that cause cancer. Progesterone has been shown to reduce estrogens. Which in excess can cause cancers, as shown in a recent study I believe Called the journal of menopause. It is common to be prescribed estrogen and Progesterone together at different strengths to balance hormones.

@@DrBeenMedicalLectures OK! The CoQ10 landscape is a confusing one. It feels like the CoQ10 forms alone & their bio-availability, could be it's own separate short lecture some day. Ubiquinone, ubiquinol, liposomal delivery, etc. It's all somewhat exhausting. And many of us are already exhausted from chronic illness...& it's tough to ensure we're spending our hard-earned $$ on supps that our bodies can absorb. Ditto for Glutathione! Thank you for this Dr. always understand your content and have an opportunity learn something new.
Water / hydration or rather underhydration puts our bodies under stress - increasing stress hormones like cortisol, adrenaline etc which often leads to chronic inflammation.
Some research has found that the human body is on average 75-80 % water and that water's salinity is on average similar to that of the earth's oceans.
Water is involved in every biological process at cellular level in the human body , yet this healing nutrient and its minerals are never really mentioned or checked .
One research paper I read suggested that to maintain normal healthy body functions people aged 50 - 70 years old have to drink 20ML of plain water per KG of body weight or double (40ML) if it is not plain.
Would be great to see your take on this nutrient/molecule Dr.

Latest research on caffeine show that long term use dont have a benefit. Rather it might give you lower focus on average.
However research on coffee show that decaf have the same health benefit as normal coffee.
So its a good idea to swich to decaf and save ordinary coffe for when you need that caffeine boost.
Of course with decaf you can drink it all day while with caffeine you shouldnt have any after one in the day unless it disturbs your sleep quality.

    • @magnusdanielsson2749
      @magnusdanielsson2749 Місяць тому

@@sweetpeace5 its true that some processes use chemical solvents. One method of them is derived from fruits. In either case the solvent is removed afterwards.
Other methods like the swiss water method use water and carbon dioxide. No chemicals.
But it does seem like some brands have traces of the chemicals left. So one need to check what one buys.
Plenty of decaf is perfectly safe and give the same health benefits as regular coffee.

Drbeen, I have a question. Have you ever looked into colchicine for long COVID? It treats and prevents amyloidosis in FMF patients, and also may prevent heart attack and stroke. I have been taking it for unrelated reasons and found it much more helpful than nattokinase / serrapeptase / lumbrokinase.
I'm extremely sensitive to most medications so I'm taking a very low dose (.1 mg) and also continuing to take activated charcoal, NAC / glycine, and a bunch of different antioxidants (quercetin, curcumin, EGCG, resveratrol, astaxanthin, lutein, ubiquinol). Thanks for any insight!!
