I tried this wonderful method of simulating the cloth, Cinema 2023, and it did not work.. even "point cach" tag . Is there a way that I can control the time of simulating the cloth, just like this method?

Bake as Alembic, you can animate frame in and out and reverse at any frame, hope that helps
