Great tutorial!!! Fun fact - you can also do this using only Fields (no vertex maps) (Fields are so deep it's so hard to keep track of all its awesomeness LOL) So this is how you can set it up Fields only: - Random Field (Set to Overlay) - Spherical Field (Set to Max) - Freeze (Set to Grow Mode, adjust Radius and Effect Strength to taste)
cool! wow, how can you do with Fracture. I'm waiting for more lessons! Please attach the model to the lesson. Here it is no problem to ask the floor, but still very often I come across such lessons on the channel, where it is difficult to repeat without a model. Thank you for the lesson. Interesting!
Where do people learn these things? do i have to take a class online or something ? i really want to get into C4D and i have no clue where or who to ask...
I asked Alessandro about that, and he said it has something to do with setting the parameters of the vertex map so it goes between 0 and 100%. It might be an outdated thing at this point, I haven't checked, but he said that's the way he's always done it so I didn't question it too much!

👏
Love your tuts Joren! Thanks! Btw, why at the begening do you use a vertex map at 0% and do it again at 100%?

@@thepixellab2011 Haha thank!
Is it possible to transfer the vertex map animation to Alembic?
This is required to transfer the animation to another 3d package
