  • This is your 20 Minute BodyFit by Amy Bodyweight Power Workout! This is Day #17 of your Momentum Challenge. Today we are bringing the power to your workout. It is short and sweet, but with all bodyweight exercises and adding some power intervals as we go. You don't need any equipment for this workout, just some space to move. Are you ready? Let's do it!

    Yes to short and sweet! You are the best on UA-cam with body weight workouts! So many options for so many levels of fitness. I never get frustrated with my waning physical abilities because you always offer an option that remains a challenge for me but is doable.

    Love this! Hope you can do more 20 or 25 mins strength and cardio workouts for us who's working 5 days a week and can only squeeze in that short time for a workout. More power to your channel.

    I am getting over a cold and I am on a trip so I don't have my dumb bells with me. This workout was short and I took some of the accommodations, and I am dripping! Thanks Amy! This is one I will for sure do again!

    I only have so much time and motivation for a workout, so I LOVED this 20 minute workout. 20-30 min workouts are all I can do. Thank you for mentioning the playlists with a variety of times (although I do like using the calendar 💕). Keep up the good work! Absolutely love working out with you (and I am NOT a workout lover, lol).

    I almost didn't do one today, but when I saw it was only twenty minutes, I knew I could fit it in! Thanks for the variety and intentionality in your workouts. These are really helping me find a consistent, but not boring, way to stay active in this season of mothering littles.

    This was a really nice way to end the week! I'm not gonna lie, the longer workouts recently, although i love them too, have me feeling TIRED at the end of the week. SO I was so excited to see this shorter one, was almost like a treat lol I've been following you for over 10+ years, your 30ish min workouts are my sweet spot. I'm a stay at home/work from home mom, I can throw on an episode of peppa pig guilt free and sneak a workout in or get one done during naptime. Thank you for all you do! I wonder if you would ever consider doing active recovery workouts at the end of the week during your challenges? I used to do a workout program and every 5th day was an active recovery day and it totally felt like self care, i'd light some paolo santo and just take some me time and it felt AMAZING to give back to my body at the end of a week of hard workouts.

    Lovin' the shorter workout. Anything over 30 mins gets to be too much.
