    Loved this workout. Doing my bear plank rows into plank when my daughter put a blanket over my head I was too in the zone to take it off so finished them in the dark 😂

    Amy need some advice. Been going through menopause for a year, still been exercising, but can't get the weight to come off. What exercises do recommend, that I do to lose weight and belly fat?

    This was super fun. I went heavier on legs since it was shorter. I had to go lighter on arms due to some right shoulder pain. I did clam shells instead on side planks to give my shoulder time to heal. Thank you for these awesome workouts and teaching us it's ok to modify and be where we're at today. You have given me the knowledge from your other workouts to find a move that works for me if I can't do the one in the video at the time.

    I found your Standing Dumbell workout a month ago via UA-cam search. I liked that video, and how I was able to work my stomach muscles without straining my back.
