Loved this workout. Doing my bear plank rows into plank when my daughter put a blanket over my head I was too in the zone to take it off so finished them in the dark 😂

Really enjoyed this in Scotland today. A perfect wee work out to start the day before a very early meeting.
This was super fun. I went heavier on legs since it was shorter. I had to go lighter on arms due to some right shoulder pain. I did clam shells instead on side planks to give my shoulder time to heal. Thank you for these awesome workouts and teaching us it's ok to modify and be where we're at today. You have given me the knowledge from your other workouts to find a move that works for me if I can't do the one in the video at the time.
