I’m only in 8th grade, but I have a crazy schedule and I have developed some pretty unhealthy habits whether it comes to eating, or sleeping, or mental health, or just anything in general and I’ve never had a workout routine, so I decided to start trying to be a lot more healthy since I’ve gained a couple pounds and I thought future me might appreciate this a bit. I’ve never watched a workout video before, and I really love the words of motivation and talking she does. I know that she doesn’t know me, but it really helps keep me motivated and focused to keep to this routine. Thank you so much! I really enjoy your videos :)
Doing this for 14 days and posting the results here for motivation! Day 1: sweating and shaking but I did it all without pausing Day 2: rest day but not really because i went to the gym Day 3: my obliques were so incredibly sore from just day 1 of this. I felt the same doing the workout. Day 4: i really did not want to do this at first but this ongoing comment is what made me. Oblique section was not nearly as painful as it has been! I was able to focus more on my breathing this time Day 5: rest day because we all need one! Day 6: obliques were not nearly the struggle that they had previously been! No pauses or breaks, and i’m not profusely sweating!! Day 7: did the workout and all went well! I’m already pretty slim but stomach is looking a bit more defined. Day 8: experienced just about no neck pain during this workout for the first time which is a win! Day 9: another rest day but also technically not because i went to the gym Day 10: period cramps were actually killing me so i skipped today Day 11: not doing this for two days really made it a lot more difficult than i thought. I look slimmer than i did 11 days ago though Day 12: did not feel like doing this but having done it, it truly was not that bad. if i clench my stomach i can see the abs so that's fun

i was a shell of a human being after this. there was no pain, just a pure empty feeling throughout my entire body and i genuinely couldn't move for 5 minutes because there was not an ounce of energy left.... good luck yall

I loved this workout because it was all different exercises instead of repeated rounds. I am 61 and have been doing Blogilates for several years now. Casey has been keeping me in shape!! I love Casey's enthusiasm and continual encouragement. I look forward to every new routine. Over quarantine my 24 year old and I did a Blogilates routine every weekday afternoon as a work break -- wow, it would just rejuvenate us!!

I'm so proud of myself, I only had to stop a couple of times, mostly during the eagle abs (bc obviously), but I got through the majority of it without stopping. My abs are my weakest muscle group, but I did it! I finished it! It didn't even feel like 25 minutes. Cassey is a workout genius

I have started this workout from yesterday..... Day 1 : Little difficult but I made it till the end. Day 2: My abs are already sore making workout little more difficult but I did complete it and now feeling accomplished. Let's see what will happen tomorrow. Day3: I am still shaking but feel really good. Day 4 : I can feel more in my abs and I still need a breather in between but yess feeling good and stronger. Day5: Done guys, I can feel stronger. I haven't seen much changes in my stomach but yeah here I am doing this workout with determination. Day6: To be frank it's day 6 still I don't think so these workout will not tire you. But yess you started feeling good about yourself and that's what matter.
I’ll be doing this everyday for who knows how long !! Day 1: not too bad, I had alottt of food yesterday so I just needed to work it off. The hardest part was definitely the sprinters but tomorrow I’ll come back even stronger!! I started to feel the burn when we did crescent crunches (I think that’s what they are called ) Day 2: my obliques definitelyyy felt it from yesterday, love it!! Sprinters were still the hardest. My friend and I are both doing it now so I’ll have a second person doing it . Keep up the work guys!!Day 3: I can see quite a bit more definition in my stomach! Definitely worth it. I can feel myself get a lot stronger because I was actually able to do like 13 sprinters 😂 and I felt a few other ones come a tad bit easier . Day 4: rest day:) Day 5: I felt lazy today but I did it anyway and I’m glad I did. It reminded me how strong I actually am. My abs are coming through pretty nice ;) If you’re wondering if you should do this... you should !!!

I'm 65 and did it! Had to modify a bit, but I'll work up to it. I'm working from home, from March through December. Doing these workouts, work out the kinks from sitting in front of the computer, but also keep my energy and enthusiasm up. Thanks.

I don’t often comment on workout videos, but I have to let you guys know....you’re awesome! I get so frustrated when I’m working on abs and having to turn back and front and back and front to do next workout. This one, she stay on back, then turn to finish up the side, then planks....I love that!!
I am an amateur aerialist and have added this video to my workout program. I have being doing it once a week for a year. I have seen amazing results! Not only my abs are wayy more defined but I noticed I have become so much stronger and can now do aerial moves I wasn't able to do before. Also, currently I am trying to add ankle weights while doing it! Great video, I always feel so good when I finish this workout, thank you so much!!
I came across this ab workout recently, in the beginning I was scared to start it but now OMG I absolutely love this workout. It works my abs so well and I can already see some ab definition happening. My belly is much flatter than it used to be and it's just my 6th day. If you really want your abs to grow and have a defined and strong belly, start this and keep it up. You will feel so much better when u see the results and you wouldn't want to stop.

ok I'm going to do this for two weeks so I can look back and also get motivation Day 1: Felt it BURN, but pushed through, and felt strangely nice at the end✅ Day 2: i was HURTING from the 1st day, but i got through it and was shaking by the end✅ Day 3: Was hurting the tiniest amount less than yesterday, but did it (also did thigh slimming workout and arm slimming workout)✅ Day 4: skipped cause periods suck :( Day 5: did it! actually didnt hurt that much, and was able to get through it easily ✅ Day 6: did it and it didn't hurt the next day, and was definitely less winded at the end!✅ day 7: had a rest day:) week 1 update: definitely see improvement, and have a noticeably flatter stomach, however i am also on a calorie deficit, so that could also change the effects.

@Tasmin I get what u mean, by bringing up a random comment on a reply thread that is completely unrelated. However, @Solar Wind is doing this with good intentions, trying to make the public aware of the disgustingness going on in that show. AND Cassey DID make a comment about Tiger King, although she wasn’t really endorsing it, just acknowledging its popularity. So keep doing what you’re doing, standing up for those big cats, but I have a suggestion: maybe just making your own separate comment with background info the is well-written rather than annoying ppl in the replies.
I hated this exercise so much at first but now I did it. I was getting stronger by trying to accomplish this exercise, day by day and now here I am. Never be weak again.

I did chloe ting 2 weeks and didn’t get as much abs as i wanted, and it was super easy, i needed a more intense workout. i saw a recommendation on tiktok about you so here’s my progress so far: DAY 1: MY BODY HURTS SO BAD. this is like 100 times harder than chloe ting. I hope to see progress soon! DAY 2: the workouts are a tad bit easier but STILL SO HARD! I can see my abs now! This workouts hard!
im doing your may 2020 challenge, and it's literally my first time with everyday exercices! i thought i couldn't do this today bc my abs hurted so much - but i diiiid it, and they stopped hurting at the very beginning so it was ok, and i really feel this slow progress! thank you sooo much, these trainings bring me joy and i believe in myself more and more every day!

I love doing the same workout over time so I can see how much I've grown. I've been doing this once a week for around 4 weeks, and I took significantly less breaks! Still working on getting some moves off of my knees (the oblique one, plank) but I know I'll get there

Doin this workout after the summer glow up and the 2022 glow up challenge.. I had tried many yt video workouts... And none of them worked... But one day I came across casseys workouts... Hello!! I’m doing this workout since a while now and I must say that I LOVE it so much. The only thing I’m bothered with is that I have extreme back pain when I do candle stick dippers. I’m not sure if my form is incorrect or anything, I’ve tried everything but it just won’t stop hurting and it doesn’t feel right and effective at all everytime I do it.. does someone experience the same? Hello. I know this video is old. But I just wanted to say thank you. I've never really well found a perfect workout. And palates...I was skeptical. And now that I've tried them...I'm suprised. They are some of the hardest workouts I've ever ever done! After just two days of working out I saw an immediate difference in my body. I love working on my core. And these are literally the best. I'm so proud of myself, I only had to stop a couple of times, mostly during the eagle abs (bc obviously), but I got through the majority of it without stopping. My abs are my weakest muscle group, but I did it! I finished it! It didn't even feel like 25 minutes. Cassey is a workout genius

I have started this workout from yesterday.....
Day 1 : Little difficult but I made it till the end.
Day 2: My abs are already sore making workout little more difficult but I did complete it and now feeling accomplished. Let's see what will happen tomorrow.
Day3: I am still shaking but feel really good.
Day 4 : I can feel more in my abs and I still need a breather in between but yess feeling good and stronger.
Day5: Done guys, I can feel stronger. I haven't seen much changes in my stomach but yeah here I am doing this workout with determination.
Day6: To be frank it's day 6 still I don't think so these workout will not tire you. But yess you started feeling good about yourself and that's what matter.

I’ll be doing this everyday for who knows how long !! Day 1: not too bad, I had alottt of food yesterday so I just needed to work it off. The hardest part was definitely the sprinters but tomorrow I’ll come back even stronger!! I started to feel the burn when we did crescent crunches (I think that’s what they are called ) Day 2: my obliques definitelyyy felt it from yesterday, love it!! Sprinters were still the hardest. My friend and I are both doing it now so I’ll have a second person doing it . Keep up the work guys!!Day 3: I can see quite a bit more definition in my stomach! Definitely worth it. I can feel myself get a lot stronger because I was actually able to do like 13 sprinters 😂 and I felt a few other ones come a tad bit easier . Day 4: rest day:) Day 5: I felt lazy today but I did it anyway and I’m glad I did. It reminded me how strong I actually am. My abs are coming through pretty nice ;) If you’re wondering if you should do this... you should !!!

I'm 65 and did it! Had to modify a bit, but I'll work up to it. I'm working from home, from March through December. Doing these workouts, work out the kinks from sitting in front of the computer, but also keep my energy and enthusiasm up. Thanks.

I get so frustrated when I’m working on abs and having to turn back and front and back and front to do next workout. This one, she stay on back, then turn to finish up the side, then planks....I love that!!
I am an amateur aerialist and have added this video to my workout program. I have being doing it once a week for a year. I have seen amazing results! Not only my abs are wayy more defined but I noticed I have become so much stronger and can now do aerial moves I wasn't able to do before. Also, currently I am trying to add ankle weights while doing it! Great video, I always feel so good when I finish this workout, thank you so much!!
I came across this ab workout recently, in the beginning I was scared to start it but now OMG I absolutely love this workout. It works my abs so well and I can already see some ab definition happening. My belly is much flatter than it used to be and it's just my 6th day. If you really want your abs to grow and have a defined and strong belly, start this and keep it up. You will feel so much better when u see the results and you wouldn't want to stop.
that's called the plusibo effect, it's physically impossible to gain noticeable muscle in 6 days

ok I'm going to do this for two weeks so I can look back and also get motivation
Day 1: Felt it BURN, but pushed through, and felt strangely nice at the end✅
Day 2: i was HURTING from the 1st day, but i got through it and was shaking by the end✅
Day 3: Was hurting the tiniest amount less than yesterday, but did it (also did thigh slimming workout and arm slimming workout)✅
Day 4: skipped cause periods suck :(
Day 5: did it! actually didnt hurt that much, and was able to get through it easily ✅
Day 6: did it and it didn't hurt the next day, and was definitely less winded at the end!✅
day 7: had a rest day:)
week 1 update:
definitely see improvement, and have a noticeably flatter stomach, however i am also on a calorie deficit, so that could also change the effects.

I hated this exercise so much at first but now I did it. I was getting stronger by trying to accomplish this exercise, day by day and now here I am. Never be weak again.

I did chloe ting 2 weeks and didn’t get as much abs as i wanted, and it was super easy, i needed a more intense workout. i saw a recommendation on tiktok about you so here’s my progress so far:
DAY 1: MY BODY HURTS SO BAD. this is like 100 times harder than chloe ting. I hope to see progress soon!
DAY 2: the workouts are a tad bit easier but STILL SO HARD! I can see my abs now! This workouts hard!

I love doing the same workout over time so I can see how much I've grown. I've been doing this once a week for around 4 weeks, and I took significantly less breaks! Still working on getting some moves off of my knees (the oblique one, plank) but I know I'll get there

Hello!! I’m doing this workout since a while now and I must say that I LOVE it so much. The only thing I’m bothered with is that I have extreme back pain when I do candle stick dippers. I’m not sure if my form is incorrect or anything, I’ve tried everything but it just won’t stop hurting and it doesn’t feel right and effective at all everytime I do it.. does someone experience the same? 5th day completed and my abs Looking more curved and small

Hello. I know this video is old. But I just wanted to say thank you. I've never really well found a perfect workout. And palates...I was skeptical. And now that I've tried them...I'm suprised. They are some of the hardest workouts I've ever ever done! After just two days of working out I saw an immediate difference in my body. I love working on my core. And these are literally the best. This also has really helped me feel happier. I'm happy to workout. I have fun! I'm so glad I found you. Palates are my fav now :) you are amazing
