This was amazing!!! For some reason It takes a lot for me to sweat and this workout made me sweat😊😊😊😊 I've lost 21 pounds and my body refuses to drop more weight. My goal is 40 pounds and I hit a plateau 😢It's been around 2 months. I'm trying more intense workouts. Any suggestions? Thanks love your channel 😘
I stopped working out for a while while my kids were on summer break this is my first one coming back and I am sweating my stomach's freezing my muscles are cold I can feel the burn my shirt is completely wet I'm so out of shape can't wait to get back into

LOVED the intervals and the format of 40 seconds alternating followed by 30 seconds on one side only. Thank you!!
Was able to go heavy with lower body only. One side work requires so much brain and muscle focus to really do the work. Love when you add bands!
Always enjoy back to basics and split workouts as well. This one was a lot of fun and I was definitely feeling it by the end! Awesome workout! 🤩

Loved it!!! I workout with 28 kg, 16kg and 12kg, and i did the bulgarian(instead of the lunge) with the 12 kg each leg so, going heavy and loving it!!
