For those who believe this workout burns 500 calories, please keep in mind that calorie burn depends on your own body and fitness level. For example, I regularly do cardio and have a relatively decent fitness level, and my calorie burn was only around 220.

okay so i'm trying this for 30 days. i will update my progress everyday. Currently i'm 67 kgs. day1- still 67 kgs but amazing thing is that i had a cheat meal the night before but still my weight is same. day2- 66.8 day 3- 66.8 day4- 66.6 day5- 66.5 day6-66.4

It was killing. I just did it. I am following Eva from last 15 days, though nothing major in weight range, but my belly is noticable reduced, didn't measure. I'll continue it. My favourite type workout. Just love it.

Great workout, but I had to adjust the speed to 0,75 so that I could follow. I dont mind if I dont burn all 500 calories, just as long it is easy and fun to follow and helps me to exercise every day! 😀 🏃♀🤸♀
Do it! You will lost 0.2 kg each day....its amazing. I compare it to HITT exercise this one is work better. I can do it for one full session with fun and excited. With hitt i wont be abble to do it full in one session
Another collection in my routine exercises😁 i was 203lbs and yesterday i was 192.7 and now im 192.0 because i exercise 2-3x in a day, food control and im doing intermittent fasting for 16:8 😁before i try fasting I train my body first to do workout , and controlling my food so that my body get use to eat smaller amounts. hoping this month I lose 15lbs🙏
@ofelia Alfaro I hope you lose weight but maybe take it slow.. If you do all at once (dieting, IF and exercise) and stop it after you lose weight, you might gain more weight than what you lost... May be try eating green and treat yourself once In a week. Don't over exercise too. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

Please explain, how one can prevent knee pain. I am doing you're work out for 2 weeks, I am a sports climber so I am really fit and I have 54kg, 168cm tall. But your workouts - and I love them - give me knee pain and I heard this about your videos before. Can you please explain, how to prevent this or how to work so it's good for our knees? Thank you! I hope I can do your workouts again soon
I have really bad knees and I thought that was how it's going to be. Then I started yoga and she basically said, if you're doing knee exercises it literally takes away the need for knee surgery later in life. However you take that, Before this video I stretch, do the workout and after the video I stretch, a deeper stretch and then I put ice packs on my knees for 10 minutes.
Just had it on my day 24! True enough, with this alone I sweat out profusely. But, I need to do another one of my fave routines. Much thanks again, ladies. hugs and kisses...

@@kanicagoel6419 hi I follow most of them but I mostly do the tummy fat burning ones I, started with the ten minutes ones then the more longer ones eva fitness is the best workout for tummy, arm, legs and ab workout I can't recommend her enough I'm still losing weight good luck hope you love her workouts

@@kanicagoel6419 keeping going have patience I, was the same you will see results I changed my diet to salads and green juice no meat or sweet stuff having a good diet and making some lifestyle changes helps, alot but trust me you doing well half an hour of zumba aerobics for 6 to 8 months you will definitely see the weight coming of and you will tone up to 😊

The belly is the slowest fat burning area, consistency is the key, I lost 10 lbs in 3 months. Good luck!
