I just want to tell you I have fibromyalgia and gained weight from being on birth control and overall depression and chronic pain for the last 8-10 years. I have recently started a Phd program and decided to go off of the hormonal birth control pill and get back to my old self however possible. I’ve been doing your work out videos 4 times a week (about 30- 60 min a day) for the past 3 1/2 weeks and I have a doctors appointment in four days to check my weight and cholesterol. I’ve been dieting as well and already feel all of my clothes fitting much looser. Your videos are amazing! Thank you so much, my life has changed in the past few months and I can’t wait to continue and see my all my hard work pay off!! You kick ass

El día de hoy a la fecha peso 61 total kilos perdidos 15 😱😱😱 ánimo solo es cuestión de voluntad y esfuerzo dale que después disfrutaras de los resultados. Besos desde Bogotá Colombia .

I had difficulty moving arms and abs together initially...just move your abs first ...then gradually add hands to your movement as per your pace...you will eventually get the rhythm....and for abs movement, just move your chest and pelvis towards each other like compressing belly...I hope it helps you...

Szia Ibolya! Végre egy magyar hozzàszóló :)! Reméltem tudsz nekem segíteni: nem tudom, hogyan kellene végezni a furcsa csípő vagy hasi mozdulatokat szabàlyosan, amiket a lànyok olyan gyorsan csinàlnak. Valamit tuti rosszul mozgatok, mert megfàjdul tőle a derekam :(
@@nikigyurgyik9406 Szia Niki! Én lassan egy éve tornázok az ilyen stílusú videokra. Véletlenül akadtam rá és nagyon bejön. A diéta mellé ezt nyomatom. A gyors hasi mozdulatok van mikor simán mennek, attól függ mennyire laza a 63 éves derekam. De van, hogy közöm nincs a gyors ritmushoz. Ezt leírni nem lehet, mutatni kell vagy ráérezni. Csinálom azért. Egyébként nem a gyors rész a lényeg, hanem hogy a normál részeit jól csináld. Ha nem megy, azt a részt kihagyom, s még helyette választok egy másik videot is. Azért van mikor sikerül. Ha fáj a derekad, tuti nem jól csinálod azt a részt. Hagyd ki! A csajoknak se egyformán jár a derekuk, hasuk, nézd csak meg! Bocs, hogy nem tudok segíteni. Csináld a többi gyakorlatot! Rengeteg ilyen stílusú video van fent. Van 4-5 tréner, szeretem őket. 16 kg ment le fél év alatt. Igaz, gyaloglok is. Ne add fel, nincs már hasam, se úszógumi a derekamon, szóval hatásos ez a torna! Bocs, hosszú lett! Szia!
