Follow Eva fitness- min one hour per day Then reduce the rice n chappathi . Take more vegetables , fruits n meat .. I’m saying this cause i lost 18 kgs..😀👍all the best ! Don’t give up .

Hello from Belgium. I decided to follow the videos of Mira and the girls by avoiding always following the same but by staying in the 1 hour lessons. I lost 1kg in just one week without dieting !! I will try to follow up week by week.

This workout is so fun! The hour zooms right by, and I feel so good after doing it. I have been at this 3 weeks now and I have noticed that my circulation is better, it's easier to get up in the morning, I feel more energy though out the day, and I'm sleeping though the night. I do this workout every day and have only missed a few days to the flu. I plan to do this for a year and see what kind of results I can get. I have not weighed myself and do not plan to for a few months because muscle weighs more than fat, and it's too easy to get discouraged when you don't see immediate results on your scale. If you actually want to see if your body is transforming use a body measuring tape on your waist and arms ladies, but try not to focus on your bodies looks too much right away, focus on maintaining better health and eating practices the rest will come if you stay committed.

Honest review it is : Presently I weigh 56 kgs , 160 cms height . I’ve been working out at home ever since Jan ( I was 70 ) and also follow a calorie deficit diet . So I was regularly working out with other fitness UA-cam channels n today I wanted to try this out . So I completed it without any difficulties ( 1 hour 3 mins n 54 seconds ) I’m totally drenched , completely in sweat . Liked the whole concept of this workout session . My only concern is that More focus was on the upper body ( especially arms ) , and I will keep u updated .
yeah I agree I could barely lift my hands up after this hahaha - I think it's because losing arm and back fat/toning the arms and back creates the "bigger impact" on looking slender (at least that's what the coolsculpting consultant said when I was in Hong Kong - obviously it was too expensive hence I am here with the workout videos lol). I just started these workouts (yay new year resolution!) and I think I might alternate with some popsugar kickboxing so my entire body can hate me haha

@@sthakkar713 no, im not on a diet. I eat healthy. I avoid sugar and yunk food. I also avoid red meat and prefer to eat soya and fresh fish. Nothing relevant. I recommend you avoid the excess (fried food and sugar) and do a bit of exercise. 😊🤗💪
I started to join with the aerobic exercise of Eva Fitness straight fifteen days ago. I like it because sweat ooze profusely than walking. I also like the lead dancer`s body side bending and she is charming and beautiful. I feel younger, I can go with the phase. I can take exercise and STAY AT HOME in the midst of lockdown and covid pandemic.

Well, I checked with my connected watch, it' not 600 cal, rather 300/350 but this is excellent ! It alors may depend on our size, weigh, muscles ...
