27 weeks! Keeping baby’s gender a secret until they’re here! 🥰 Just found your page so I’m excited to follow you & try your other prenatal routines! ☺️
Thank you for making this video, Brett! All the videos, books, ... say: "Here are some exercises, do each one in 3 sets of 10." It is sooo boring, so you are reluctant to do it and put it off. Instead my sister and I have exercised with your video once a week, feeling supported by you experiencing each exercise to the fullest. It was at once comforting and annoying that you can do all this in your third trimester ;-) As you say in the video: in the beginning you do not feel your pelvic floor, but as it strenghtens you become more aware of it. Thank you so much for doing this, it has been an amazing help!
That was great! I'll try to do these exercises every day from now on. 32 weeks and definitely need more pelvic floor strength... :)
Great video! You have a very calm voice that helps me relax and follow instructions dueing the exercises. Thank you!
Yay, I'm so glad you loved this class! Practice with me again soon💖💖💖
30 weeks with baby girl! Your videos are great. The night time routine really helps with my RLS and cankles.
Love these classes! It makes me feel stronger and definitely healthier. Thanks so much!
You are very welcome, thank you for being here 🙏💖
Love this! Standing on the blocks really did good stretching. I’m 25 weeks with baby #2
Hi Brett... following u from past six months... learnt so many things from u... ..I am not pregnant but doctor suggested me to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles... enjoyed ur class...thank u for sharing all ur classes with so many useful tips
Great video! I have been having difficulty finding affordable classes. I'm glad I stumbled onto your channel. I'm 33 weeks, having a boy in March.
Congratulations!! Thank you for practicing with me!!
I am so excited to have found this! I wish I had done this with my first pregnancy but am excited to have these exercises going into my second pregnancy
I'm 37 weeks along and a regular practitioner of yoga. This video was by far the best pelvic floor strengthening I've come across. Thank you!
Yay, I'm so glad you loved this class! Practice with me again soon💖💖💖
First class that actually made kegel exercises work for me... Thank you Brett!
You are so welcome!!
Love it. Fantastic class.
This was amazing! I will be sharing with my birthing classmates! I am 25 weeks and expecting a girl in August. Thank you so much for what you do. It truly helps me make sure I get my practice in even when I can't make it to the studio!
Thank you so much for practicing with me, and congratulations!!
this class made me realize how much I need to work on my pelvic floor strength!! you're absolutely right--it's not talked about in a lot of classes at all! glad I can start working on it now. 35 weeks!!
Thank you so much for practicing with me today!! 💖🙏
I think your channel is awesome! I can't wait to do the class with my baby that you posted after he's born. Your baby is beautiful, btw. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for being here!
This was great! (I’m logged in under my husband) I am 30 weeks pregnant, due mid October with a boy, thank you for your wide variety of videos, they have been wonderful, I do one of yours or one of Sarah Beth’s videos daily!
Congratulations!! Thank you so much for practicing with me!!
Thank you Brett for your wonderful prenatal yoga classes (which I just discovered!). I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I start to feel pain in my pelvic floor on my right and left hip while sleeping on it.. I'm gonna do these exercises on daily basis with the hope this pain by night will relief. In love with your energy, thank you again
Thank you so much for being here!
I have tried sooooo many videos and this was the first time I felt confident that I was engaging the pelvic floor. This is a lot more intense than it looked and had to skip a bit but looking forward to working up to do the whole video. Thank you for this important practice!
Thank you for practicing with me!!
Wow, just wow..tried this today...im in my 27th week...plz share more workouts!!!
Thank you for this nice yoga sequence. Doing pelvic exercises before I've never been sure if I activated the right muscles. The picture of squeezing the inner thighs together to activate the pelvic floor helped a lot!
This video was great and helpful - thank you so much!
You are very welcome, thank you for practicing with me!!
Thanks very much for this!! I loved that with movements that I didn’t know I could connect with the pelvic area in a fun way! I’m in week 16!!
Thanks so much fab class.
Thank you for combining yoga and pelvic floor in an easier way to understand. Those standing block exercises are tough!
You are so welcome!!
I feel better that I am not the only one who felt they were tough haha
Another great video from my favorite UA-cam yogi
Aww, thank you so much 💖
I am 35 weeks pregnant and needed this lesson! Thank you so much!!
You're so welcome!
This was great! I was having some muscular pain in my groin/pelvic region, and the knee lifts reallllly helped stretch that out! I’m 36 weeks, and having a boy! It’s my first pregnancy, too.
Congratulations on your baby! Thank you so much for practicing with me 💖💖💖
I'm 16 weeks and I have been practising with your prenatal videos. They are by far my favourite. I'm a yoga teacher myself but not much experience with pregnancy yoga. Fantastic feeling during and after the classes. Thank you :)
Congratulations on your baby! Thank you so much for practicing with me 💖💖💖
P.S.

Whooow! That was an amazing workout! I find it important to work out the pelvic floor & opening the hips is very important especially in the last trimester! I am 31 weeks & 4 days with a boy 💙👶🏼👣😊🤰🏼 I will DEFINITELY be doing this regularly! I really enjoyed it!
Congratulations, and thank you for practicing with me!!
major AH-HA moment in puppy pose... the elusive pelvic floor is no longer elusive! amazing practice. found this in 1st trimester and doing this my whole pregnancy, so glad I found this practice.... thank you soooo much! every expecting mama should be doing this or something like it to mitigate pelvic floor issues.
I’m 36 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. Thank you so much for you prenatal yoga classes. They have helped me so much!! I wish i would’ve found them much earlier in my pregnancy. But I’ve been doing your morning class each morning, your gentle class at night and now i have this one. Also i wanted to ask you if i could talk about how you’ve helped me on my blog and link your videos.
You are very welcome, and congratulations on your pregnancy!! I would be honored if you would mention me on your blog and link my videos! Thank you so much for practicing with me 💖
Love this video! I’m 24 weeks and will be doing this routine regularly for the rest of my pregnancy.
It is an honor to practice with you, thank you for being here! 💖💖💖

35 weeks pregnant. Water broke naturally with first son, 2nd son expecting on February 10th but it could be any week now. Dilated 1 centimeter and mucus plug in process of coming out. Love this video!!!
So exciting!!! Wishing you the best!!
It's really great! A bit of challenge but relieved my pelvic pain pressure
Yay, so glad this helped you! Thank you for practicing with me!!
I have been reading about how helpful Kegel and pelvic floor exercises are during pregnancy for labor and delivery. Just from reading, I wasn't able to understand how to actually activate them. This video really helped me to comprehend how it's supposed to feel working them out. I will definitely be doing this video often throughout the rest of my pregnancy (I am 19 weeks!) Thank you! Namaste.
Yay, so glad this helped you! Thank you for practicing with me!!
Very helpful. Thank u so much
You're so welcome!!! Practice with me again soon! xoxo
The exercise helps to ease pelvic floor pain in my 32 weeks of pregnancy. Thanks!

33 weeks along and loving ths! amazing
Congratulations!!! Thank you for practicing with me!!
Thank you for the prenatal uploads
I'm not pregnant, but I have weakening of my pelvic floor (i had 2 big babies years ago). I needed something gentle to start strengthening with. I'm glad I went with this video. Gentle enough to not hurt my SI joint, but strong enough to start building strength.
Yes, this video is amazing for everybody needing pelvic floor strength. Thank you for practicing with me!
Really enjoyed this sequence. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and some of the poses were quite challenging so I listened to my body and modified when needed but will definitely be practising using your video again over the next few weeks before baby arrives in the new year! :)
Yay for listening to your body!! Thank you for practicing with me, and congratulations!
honestly, I hated doing this. However, it's because I never do anything like this so it was so hard and annoying. I will keep up with it because I know it'll get easier and I desperately want a healthy birth and recovery and I still haven't learned how to engage my pelvic floor. I'm 34.5 weeks and hoping it isn't too late to make a difference! Thank you :)
It is an honor to practice with you, thank you for being here! 💖💖💖
Thank you! 29 weeks, fourth baby! This felt great!
Thank you so much for being here!
This has been so great! I really think it has made a difference in some my my vericose discomfort! 35 weeks with my fourth child!
Congratulations on your baby! Thank you so much for practicing with me 💖💖💖
I just found your channel! I will be 39 weeks tomorrow with my second! My kids will only be 14 months apart ❤️
It is an honor to practice with you, thank you for being here! 💖💖💖
This was quite hard for me to follow, it looks like a routine for more advanced yoga followers. I adored the kegels, very helpful, but after that, it was pretty challenging to follow you, as my legs, my wrists are pretty swallowed, so I gave up after 15 minutes as it became frustrating. I am still doing the other prenatal videos, morning and bedtime routines. Thanks.
Thanks for this! I'm 39 weeks! Due on Friday. Having a boy
Congratulations, and best of luck to you
32+2 for my wife. she is very much done with pregnancy so hopefully this helps!
Great routine even though I'm not pregnant - thank you, Brett!
You're so welcome!!! Practice with me again soon! xoxo
When you did the standing on one foot on block I could really feel it..felt like burning sensenation-is that just a weak pelvis/hip? Am I doing it right?
Hi, Brett! Thank you so much for your videos! I am now about 25 weeks pregnant and enjoy every second of it with the help of your yoga videos, too. I wanted to ask how often you would recommend doing this pelvic floor strengthening? Twice a week maybe?
Александра Булдакова yes!!! Once or twice a week should be perfect! 💕💕congrats on your pregnancy 🙏
29 weeks expecting a girl .... love your videos 💕 I try to do one everyday
Congratulations!! Honored to be part of your practice 💖💖💖
Thanks for this video. I'm 22 weeks but missing my regular classes because of covid. I'm a former ice hockey player (26 years) with bad wrists so I really appreciate the alternative to do puppy instead of downward dog.
It is an honor to practice with you, thank you for being here! 💖💖💖
hey and thank you for the great exercise! when i did the standing on one leg' i tried to engage the pelvic floor' but i felt a pain in my back. what i'm doing wrong ? thanks!
Getting ready for a girl in December 2018, hoping this sequence will improve ease of labor.
Congratulations!!!!
Thanks for the great class! Is your top from Yoga Outlet? I couldn't find it, but I love it!
You are so welcome! I can't remember where the top is from right now, sorry :(
I loved the exercise. The only concern I had was that due to my pelvic floor pains my physiotherapist has told me to avoid Kigle exercises for now and so I skipped all those where I had to squeeze my vaginal muscles which made the exercise less effective for me. Any thoughts or suggestions you may have?
Brett, is this also recommended for postpartum? Thanks!
34 1/2 weeks, baby boy due in June! Really hoping this will help my pelvic girdle/inner thigh pain!
Congratulations on your baby! Thank you so much for practicing with me 💖💖💖
Yes, I do have to agree, not only pregnant women can benefit from this class! For me the pelvic floor has always been a mystery...a mystery that I think I'm starting to uncover thanks to this lesson! :) :) Brett just one question. A part of the obvious benefit that the contraction of the pelvic floor can bring to pregnant women, what is exactly the role that this contraction plays in our "normal" yoga practice? Why do we contract the pelvic floor? What's the reason behind it? Thank you very much!
Engaging Mula Bandha (the pelvic floor muscles), or any of the Bandhas in yoga is used to control Prana in the body in certain styles of yoga. The biggest benefit of using this in your regular practice is that it helps engage through our deep core muscles. This is key to safely doing inversions. I hope that answers your question! Thank you for practicing with me!
Thank you very much for your answer!
💖
What is the use of standing that long on block how it help is it for strengthening legs ?
Hello! Thanks for another awesome video. Is this safe for first trimester? I just found out were pregnant!
Ask your doctor to be sure, but should be safe for any stafe of pregnancy. Congratulations 💖
Can i know the name of each exercise?
No include for paranayama mediation and cues ... is it cause it was quick class
Hi!!! I am absolutely brand new in yoga! I am 26 weeks today with my baby boy! I feel like I need some extra help with this pregnancy!
It is an honor to practice with you, thank you for being here! 💖💖💖
I'm 38 weeks and when I got cramps when I tried raising my legs 😳😭
18 weeks and finding out the gender tomorrow!!
I also dont think standing away from wall especially for women in 1st and 3rd trimester safe ? Please explain
34th week today. Thinking this could help my twin B (transverse) turn to vertex position. Bed rest sucks! Just got my both hips feels like swelling from lying all day. Now, I do this once a day (3 days now). Tiring because I'm bearing twins, but relaxing at the same time.
Wishing you the best of luck momma 💖💖💖
Is it possible to have a vbac after 23 months of c section?
I’m 33 weeks and having a girl in Sept 2018! I loved all the work this gave, but the visual of “slurp” made me want to gag haha I don’t want to slurp anything up there!
Congratulations!!! LOL, yeah guess that cue isn't for everybody... Thank you so much for practicing with me!
Great video! I have a history of twin pregnancy and premature delivery. Now I'm 14 weeks pregnant with one child, is it safe to do this yoga?
Always consult with your doctor before trying anything new. Sending you love and light💖🙏
Is that class safe for first trimester? I'm in my 5th week and would like to start Kegels. I'm already doing your pregnant and powerful program and I absolutely love it ❤👌🏻
Best to check ith your doctor first just to be safe💖💖💖
Hi. I liked your video..
What should I do if I feel pain in the right side of pubic bone while doing the puppy pose with knee raise. Should I stop i just do it gradually
Yes, always back off if you feels pain. Modify as needed to build strength and flexibility. Also, things will feel different during pregnancy. Go slow and honor your body💖💖💖
Wow this surprised me how challenging it was!! 😊 can this be a regular routine?
30 weeks pregnant with my second baby! It’s a boy!
Aww, congratulations!!
Expecting a boy January 1st 2018!!!❤️❤️
Congratulations!!💖
How did it go? X
Are all your prenatal videos safe for all trimesters? It would be helpful include this information in the description of the videos.
Il says it is in the vidéo description
i feel like downward dog just pulls out the abdomen if you've a diastasi recti... so would you recommend not doing downward dog then? i mean personally i would do hiit if am "allowed" to... but babies safety first.
If it feels wrong in your body definitely skip it! Thank you for practicing with me!
I feel so sad right now because I was told my baby head is high and I'm 40 weeks 3 days over due. Idk what to do. Hes not engaging into my pelvis 😩😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😔😔😔😔. My doctor suggesting C-Section.
Sending you hugs and wishing for the best for you and baby 💖💖💖
Girl I’m so scared for you. Any update? Xx
How many times a week should I do this? I’m 28 weeks pregnant x
Check with your doctor 💖
Would this also be beneficial post partum?
Absolutely, just be sured you are cleared by your doctor first💖
That yoga block exercise has made me realize how badly I need to strengthen what I think is my glutes on one side!! It was very hard to stabilize on my right leg vs my left. Anyone else experience this? My outer hip and glute burned so bad!
Crazy how the block can make such a difference!! Thank you for practicing with me!!
I’m 22 weeks pregnant with my second! I definitely had an ah-ha moment in the last pose! It definitely felt like I was slurping up haha.
Only the last position allowed me to engage my pelvic floor
Expecting a boy in September
Congratulations!!
What are those marks on your belly?
Just some pretty paint ;)
BrettLarkinYoga ohh..okay. I thought some new tattoo trend was running . lol
Lol I thought of the same exact thing
By the 5th use of the word "slurp" I was literally gagging
lmao!!
Great sequence but I could live without all the slurping haha!!
I always worry that sucking your belly in that way reduces space for the baby. Is that silly?
Nothing is silly when it comes to mom worries! Rest assured that this is completely safe for you and baby
are those tattoos or veins on your tummy? they've caught my eye! im so curious lol
Painted on "tattoo"!
I watch this video second time because I liked it but I have no interest to watch other videos of you mainly because I keep getting your ad videos while watching someone else’s pregnancy video and it is really annoying since it interrupts me- and these kind of ads are really disrespectful. So instead of getting new people to watch you, you actually make some people like me to stop watching your videos by publishing ads. Just a feedback or a thought to be considered.
This is scary
