    I've been doing this yoga routine for a month now (daily). I wanted to comment and say thank you for this - the silent format is by far my favorite and its hard to find good silent videos, hence I'm so happy to have found yours. And the aesthetics are also so calming and awesome ✨

    This was such an amazing practice, 18 mins went by in a flashhhh, loved the ding sounds to remind me to change poses, that way I can stop looking at the screen and enjoy the stretch. Can u do more of these silent prenatal yogas plsssss, they are so hard to come by!

    Thank you so much for this. It is the perfect blend of stretching and strengthening. I’m still in the first trimester but it’s been hard to find a prenatal yoga that isn’t either very slow and stretchy or only strength and there are many poses that are already uncomfortable in regular vinyasa. I’ve been doing this class every day!

    Thank you Bre. At 21 weeks I didn’t know how much I needed a quiet practice to just BE with Baby. Got the transitions down after the first watch. Now this will go on my rotation until baby comes. And likely after. 🤍

    Thank you for this practice! Im almost to the end of my first trimester and I have been so sick its been hard to stay active. This was a great way to get some movement in without overdoing it 😊🙏

    You guys have any practice to cure sinusitis I can only from one nostril I'm breathing loud all the time which is bad for me u guys know something

      Breathe and Flo don't advertise they give professional medical advice, And currently i am not giving you professional medical advice. Try dry (or wet fasting), eat moderately or lightly when you break your fast with all whole ingredients (ex donuts is processed flour + processed sugar = no) , do a breathing exercise, do 10-45 min yoga, get 15-60 minutes of sunlight exercise, take a shower & sleep 6-8 hours. Do this for 1, 2 or 3 days and I'd be shocked if you didn't feel better or have improvement And as always "talk with your doctor before you take even the most simple and basic of steps to take care of your own health, even walking or drinking water is dangerous or something" is my edgy little disclaimer :)
