  • Hey, ya'll! Today's video is a PELVIC FLOOR YOGA video. This video was requested by one of my subscribers, so thank you so much for your request! Throughout this practice we are doing poses that are meant to stretch and strengthen our pelvic floor. If you like to look deeper into yoga practices, you can look up the Bandhas or "body locks". For this practice we'll be utilizing the Mula Bandha most. The best way to see results through yoga is by being consistent! Hopefully, if you do this practice regularly enough, you can experience change. Remember, if anything feels off or out of place, it's okay to gently come out of the posture and rest.     thank you soo much. this really doubles as a great full body stretch honestly. i have been barely doing full yoga routines the past 3-4 days so this was paced perfectly and had a good level of difficulty to get me back into the swing of things.

    This was great Niko. I'd love to hear more about the bandhas!
    I asked earlier about doing a longer meditation video. One where there are a few minutes of silence after your guided words, and before wiggling our toes and fingers. I always feel like I'm just getting more still and then you the practice ends.
    I so enjoy your manner and style of teaching. Thank you.

    Thank you for this yoga practice I feel really good and I know my body loves it as well. I would love to hear you educate us on the mula bondas (not sure if I spelled it right).

    Well, that godess pose certainly got my legs burning. I actually wanted to request a video as well. I know that you have several videos on emotional release where you focus on releasing emotions from the hips. Now I know I store a lot in my shoulders, I kinda raise my shoulders a lot and clench my fists and kinda have stress stored in there, so I was wondering if you could do an emotional release video that focusses more on the upper body. Thank you for the work that you do.

    Thank YOU SO MUCH! I went to Massage Envy for the first time last year & my massage therapist said due to my previous surgeries I should consider pelvic floor yoga. I watched this video for the first time today and you definitely helped me!!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
