Cadillac has unveiled the new 2025 OPTIQ, redefining the entry point into Cadillac luxury with a competitively priced luxury SUV. The Cadillac OPTIQ is set to make a significant impact globally, with sales spanning over 10 regions, including Europe, where it was recently debuted in Paris. This strategic move marks Cadillac's commitment to electrification, as emphasized by GM Europe's president, Jaclyn McQuaid. The OPTIQ will offer specifications and open for sales later this year, providing European customers with access to Cadillac’s all-electric luxury. Cadillac's innovative design, coupled with a high-tech and welcoming interior, positions the Cadillac OPTIQ as a key player in the luxury EV market.
Performance-wise, the Cadillac OPTIQ boasts a standard dual motor all-wheel drive system, ensuring a thrilling yet agile driving experience. Its 85-kilowatt-hour battery pack offers a Cadillac-estimated 300 miles of range, supported by the revolutionary Ultium Platform. The design incorporates advanced aerodynamic features and a distinctive exterior, including a signature black crystal grille and roof encompassing glasswork. Inside, the Cadillac OPTIQ features cutting-edge technology, such as a 33-inch diagonal LED display, Super Cruise driver assistance, and a 19-speaker AKG Audio System with Dolby Atmos. The OPTIQ will be available in two trims, Luxury and Sport, with an estimated starting price of $54,000.
