This is the only EV I will buy if I ever purchase one
That shoulder line is so beautiful. It literally wraps around the back and creates that duck tail spoiler look you get from the CT5’s rear. I absolutely love how _Cadillac_ takes their time and sculpts the organic sheet metal to perfection. I’m blown away!
I just love how they call the 4-wheel steer “arrival mode”. It reminds me of exactly why someone driving an Escalade may need to use that feature. Think about when you’re dropping a family member off at the airport with all of the crazy traffic and right spaces you may wanna pull into in attempt to get as close to that curb as you can. “Arrival mode” is just perfect in my opinion.

The door cars and design of the interior is impeccable. I’ve never seen a door so beautifully executed. The flow of the lines is spot on! 🔥

Love it, as a previous Escalade V owner, I wish that kept the boxy/long shape; it just has so much road presence. Regardless, I will be trading my Model X in for this.

Good review Eddie. The reason these electric vehicles won't sell easily is their prices. They are just too expensive and good luck if the electronics have issues. Secondly, the insurance on this thing 😢😮

I just noticed that curved screen has pretty shallow viewing angles and the color would darken. I'm guessing they used a VA panel which is relatively easy to curve these days.
Now I wonder what kind of backlighting technology they used. My guess is it's conventional. Hopefully one of these days we'll see QLED or MiniLED/MicroLED or just full blown OLED.

_Cadillac_ has literally already implemented OLED technology in their product. The 2021 gasoline powered Cadillac Escalade debuted as the world’s first production vehicle with a 38-inch curved OLED display. The front DRLs and nearly 3-foot taillights on the ICE Escalade are _also_ OLED.

Obviously the designers didn't put much effort on the front end, they simply put a Lyriq's front grill part in the front and add some generic lower part to make it match the massive height.

Why do these manufacturers ignore or hide the third row in full size SUVs like this? Some people's families have larger kids that are nearly the size of small adults in the third row is important. Never understood why they teased the release of the vehicle and then act shy about certain features, capacities, and attributes.
Kinda curious what the ESV would be like...or if they're even going to create one now.
