Dear Eleni, I love especially this type of workouts of yours: abs or abs/ thighs, no jumping, all standing, 20 minutes. I have put on a lot of weight and I cannot jump and various positions of my body are currently really difficult to be achieved due to the really excess body so exactly this type of your workouts, not too short and not too long are perfect and I would like to ask for more of them. 🌹🌹🌹
finally I got a channel where I have a schedule of whole month. I don't have to repeat 1 video daily and find out different types of workout. Best part is this workout plan has yoga, pilates, streching everything❤❤❤❤
I’m currently 30weeks pregnant and it’s getting harder to find workouts that I can actually do (videos dedicated to pregnancy workouts are way too easy). Not to mention that walking outside is becoming a no no because I have to go to the bathroom every 10 minutes 😂. I’ve been doing some of your lower intensity and walking ones and they are great! I can actually follow them and I feel like I’m doing a decent workout! Thanks! Will stick to them for the rest of the pregnancy for sure! Can’t wait to try the more intense ones!
