    Focus on being as healthy as possible no drugs or alcohol no caffeine or nicotine. Focus on sleep focus on a whole food diet . I agree with everything you said with the shared experience brother would be happy to connect. I didnt even watch the video before putting this comment . After watching i realize its exactly what i said. No seed oils i dont do gluten or dairy . Animal based was core to me. Just whole foods

    I was bullied for a whole year in 6th grade as a young girl and it was the most traumatic year of my life. I didn’t wanna live anymore. As a result I have trouble controlling my anger, depression and anxiety. Trauma is something that stays with you forever. Even though healing is a slow process, It’s taught me that I’m stronger than I thought I was. My mental health will be my priority from now on. Everyday I remind myself to not care what others think or say. I’m gonna stop changing myself just to please people. Thanks for these tips Kris! ❤️

      Hey, I’m sorry you were bullied as a young girl. Nobody deserves that. The impact it has on you at such a young age and the trauma it creates forever is unfair. Especially, when the bulling is untrue to begin with. You have a soul, and a heart. And that is pure and full of love. Nobody can take that away from you. And nobody can judge that.
