Hello everyone! I tried #bakedoats​ again and wanted to share the recipe with you all. It's a resses chocolate inspired baked oatmeal recipe. It's completely vegan. I show you how to make it in both oven and microwave.

Serves: 1 || Calories: 470
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp natural smooth peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
Bake in a preheated oven at 350F/ 180C for 20 min.

this is the only baked oatmeal recipe that worked. There are so many recipes circulating on the internet that are supposed to be so great. then you scroll down in the comments section of people who have allegedly tried it and they said it was good Blabla but it always turned out really bad. believe me. Just do it 1 to 1 as it says in the description and you won't be disappointed. of course it doesn't taste like a cake or anything, but it's a great recipe to spice up boring oatmeal.

Apple sauce
If you don't have it use real peeled apple and bake it in the oven with a little bit of water, when it's soft let it cool and blend it with the oats
