One thing I just realized I missed was covering the pay to win wingman skins. BUT, I hope that is excusable because I also have news. I GOT MARRIED TODAY! So what a day to remember getting married than uploading a wingman guide. I got my best wingman in life...MY WIFE!
Pro tip- if in ranked and you arent good at wingman, dont pick it up! It is strong but if you miss your shots it can hurt especially if its your only weapon available.
Im a newbie idk i shot better on slow weapon like wingman / snipers. I usually go sentinel/gaygun + wingman. I used to try r301 / flatline / spitfire and any other popular rifle. I dont get the feeling on fast gun.
Really good tips, I would add that FOV actually matters, lower FOVs feel like you move slower but actually enemies that are close to you appear to move faster it's weird feeling. I know it's not for wingman specifically but it's worth a mention.
I use a pink cross hair and honestly I believe it's the best reticle... The reason why I think this is because it doesn't blend within the map and it's super visible
One exercise that I did for fun / improving mechanics is to put a zip across the firing range in front of the bots / targets, do a super-jump and try to hit as many headshots as I could mid-air. Definitely a fun way to practice as well. Good stuff all around Dazs! And congrats on the marriage!
@@AbirZenith Again, I did it mostly for fun, but flicking to targets mid-air since your aim isn't on the targets before super-jumping, and practicing super-jumps are some things that will be worked on.
Not to be an annoying marketer but…High DPI is also extremely helpful. You can get a Technet mouse with side buttons for like $20 and it comes with 800-1000-2400 (or something like that) dpi settings that you can change on the fly. High DPI w/ low sens changed the stability of my aim by miles, since the small things I would be doing to adjust my aim actually pick up now.
My new monitor has a feature that placed a green cross hair in the middle of the monitor. That REALLY helps my old ass. Wingman is easier to shoot with it.
Thats easy, you want to find the right sen for you. Thats the most important thing i've found after using mnk for a bit now and all you do is pull down and after a bit you'll be able to tell if and when you need to pull down left or right, if pulling down seems tiring up your sen and just find the right one for you. And tbh thats it and get used to mnk and don't quit half way through and it'll pay off
Dazs why do people do that small flick between wing shots? I've seen where people shoot, lower the reticle off target, then flick back on. Any reason for it?
there’s multiple reasons for doing this. for one, it allows you to see your opponent better so you can have a better understanding of where they’re going so you can predict it. the second is that for some people or in some situations, making medium size adjustments are much easier than making the microadjustments required. so, by resetting your aim, you can make a much more consistent and easy adjustment. there are cons to using it like this, but it definitely brings the most consistency
100% what smart said. Its all about visibility paired with turning a micro movement / correction into a larger movement where you can be more consistent.
if you're on console you prolly shouldn't do this unless you are really good. making adjustments and flicking is a lot harder on controller than on mnk. I've played apex on pc and Xbox so I would know.
the wingman is like the gun that noobs are too afraid of using, and if you played the game for more than 2 season, realise that its litterally just a hand cannon sniper rifle/ assault rifle. I dont know why the wingman hasnt been nerfed yet, its so easy to deal damage with and run no risk to getting shot back at.
our group was just having this conversation with how much better csgo is as a game, but apex does have very fun movement, although unbalanced due to macros and mouse scripting.

CONGRATS!!
congrats!!!
congratulations! nice guide by the way. i didnt know you could make the bots move in the gun range.
Congrats dude

Yeah practice in pubs
Even if I'm in non ranked I always stick with my favorite combo, and never deviate. Does that mean I'm a try hard?
@@vashlash6870
no, it's literally just your favourite weapons
ngl u only get good if you use it. Ranks mean nothing if you don't actually belong there and to push some ceilings sometimes u have to take some Ls
@@KerberosVal can do that in pubs though
Your contents been helping me a tone since I started focusing more on aim! Ty for all you do

Hitting wingman shots is probably the most satisfying feeling in Apex
fax bro. earlier I hit a flick on an octane after he used hus jump pad and one shot him. he was low tho. but still it was so satisfying
yo dazs a question
how do i stop bad habits? when im tracking or using wingman i will start to predict in where the player is going and end up dying
I use a pink cross hair and honestly I believe it's the best reticle... The reason why I think this is because it doesn't blend within the map and it's super visible
Dang Dazs, you a video for everything I need in Apex
Appreciate you
Also the sensitivity of the 1x Hcog and iron sight are the same even though the fov is different
allways da best videos i look up 2 daz

sounds very useless , just giving input, dunno what that practice accomplishes

Awesome video! I'm going to work these into my warm up but I feel like my sensitivity is just too low to be doing all that youre doing 😅
what sens u use if on controller u need a 4-4 sens to do this which isnt high imo
@@taseen163 I'm currently 5-3, I'll try bumping it up to 5-4. Thankyou.
Yay! That’s exciting news, Congrats!!
I need that light blue reticle!
i cant get the blue to 1255! why?

How do you get a negative and a four digit color? Ive tried my best and cant make it work
It is done on the config file or start up commands
@@Dazs Thank you much! ill try and find the config file
What is your sens and dpi?
I never ever did this many exercises at maths thank this🤣🤣
Would you mind making an SMG guide ? Especially r99 and car

Whenever I put -255 255 1255 into my file, inside of the game it recognizes that it's -255 255 1255, except shows an ugly cyan
What am I doing wrong?
They nerfed it out, was a hot fix so it cannot be done anymore unfortunately.

Is there a way to use wingman with auto aim 🤔
The sensitivity with the 1x , pistols iron sight and smg iruonsight are all the same. I tried myself with sensitivity matcher.
can you make a video on shaky aim
I can yeah! :)
