Another big tip - When you have the advantage and you push. You will make mistakes in those pushes. You need to try! You gotta make a strong attempt. If you never try, you will never learn at big potential plays. There is way more variables on the actual push and angles, but need to make an effort!
I come from LoL and this is called "limit testing" in LoL. If you don't engage into fights, even with disadvantage, you won't improve mechanically. For some reason people don't talk much about it in the apex community.
There’s a whole crew of my squadmates migrating from warzone to apex. We’re demons over there, but this vid is SO helpful to adjust our thinking to apex mechanics, armor advantages, abilities, utility to know what’s a good or bad push. Esp with way smaller clips and longer TTKs compared to WZ. Great content to differentiate you from other creators too!
The tactics are quite a bit different especially with everyone's abilities that can completely make or break a fight or the ability to get away from a fight and recoup. One thing that is similar to warzone and any fps is cover there's a lot of cover in this game, you can even effectively use a traffic cone or even a light post if your pathfinder 😂 it's a crazy game each fight is completely different and that's what makes it fun for me
Thank you Sera you lazered him good!! Mucho amour. Dude I really appreciate how informative and easily digestible the information in your videos are. I am trying to study it and put it into practice, gotta get better with movement, my wingman and my awareness. I feel like i have the basic ideas down.. and your channel is exactly what I needed. Keep up the good work mate. 🙌 And thanks again Sera 😄
Please do another video on solo no fill. Definitely helps. No fill can also sometimes be a healthy trip away from toxic teammates as well. That's why I love it Lol.
Pro tip, if you’re solo don’t push, always 3rd party, odds aren’t in your favor, and even if you’re skilled you’re still risking it because they might be as well.
😂 I love playing solo when squads are fighting I'll postion to where they'll just walk past me and I'll match their footsteps so they think I'm part of the squad and wait until they are full fighting to mastiff them in the back of the head or to mess with them even more I'll startle them by punching them and hide while they turn to look 😂 can't tell you how many full stack good teams I've walked into a fight with them just to make them lose the fight and them never even knowing I was there 😅
Sees one enemy on the left and one on the right, runs across an open field and suddenly their grandmother, cousin, parents all comes up with gun blazing
Playing solo no fill switching from controller to mouse and key was torture but I used to play rocket league at a high level and even though it’s not nearly the same game high level gaming mindset like flow and stuff translates. If there’s one thing I’ve realized while chasing accolades such as the 4K badge and stuff is that soloing teaching you to stay alive against all odds and pathing/movement to also stay alive are the most important skills people don’t utilize. staying alive at the cost of damage output is always worth it. Other than that obviously positioning is important with a team but solo no fill is just like an ultimate deal with it and get better as long as you’re playing to get better
Yesterday I pushed a wraith on a crate with an alternator and lost. Moral of the story is to wait until you can kill the wraith on your own terms because she's a smurf
I hope more people see this video for the sake of my solo queue experience, and I really need to find a playgroup. Solo queue in Plat has been elo hell for me; I will get a crack on 1-2 people on a squad that doesn't have a notable positional advantage on us and I will call for us to push and I find myself pushing up a bit to find my teammates either not moving or veering off on some angle that doesn't contribute. This then leads me to either be in a compromised position if I continue to push, or the better choice overall which gives up our advantage, I have to retreat so I don't end up in a 1v3 (or 1v2 situation if I get the initial knock) which in turn gives the opponents an opportunity to reset and lowers our chance to win the fight. This is fine when disengaging is an option, but when we need to create space because zone is closing, or there is another squad near by threatening to pinch, etc. this becomes a game losing scenario. It has been increasingly frustrating as I continue to work on my mechanics and aim only to not be able to get value due to teammates who are subpar. I have no problem being a shot caller for a squad that might not have much initiative (not that every call I make is the right one but it better than hobbling around with no direction), but using your brain seems like a lot to ask of some people and it is hard not to tilt :( /rant
Yeah I feel you.. Can be really frustrating man, Ive been feeling that heaps in arenas after rank reset. I watched another video recently that talked about the idea of never relying on solo que squad mates to do anything and basically learning how to play in a way where you're effectively self sufficient, which might be a mindset that could be helpful for you to adopt, I dunno, change the way you frame it in your mind. I get that its annoying but try not to tilt, its not a you problem, so dont worry about it 👍 Great video also man, so valuable. Thankyou!
Also grenades and heat shields are great to cover your audio for changing postioning. I use heat shields alot our of the storm bc they are very noisy 😂 but if i have to cell or bat ill throw a thermite or heatshield down to change cover and pop the heal
This guy basically explained why you should 3 stack cause most randoms aren’t gonna consider these things and then get themselves killed. So don’t beat urself up if the solo que experience isn’t going so well
Game sense is only able to do so much. What matters is really when the situation comes down to the wire. How hard are you willing to fight to make any situation go in your favor? How well do you acquire information? Is your head in the right place? Can you handle the pressure and how well do you transition afterwards? Glad the overall player base is becoming more aware of these game sense fundamentals, but sometimes experience simply cannot be relayed in a way that changes the outcome.
me and a random got 4th partied,i had blue sheild and like 10hp,got killed by another squad, and the wraith called me a bot for not pushing a caustic with full purp and full hp,i really wish players would stop being so negitive towards other players, especially those playin at 250+ping😂moral of the story,be kind to your squad mates,we aint all as good as some wraiths who get knocked and get toxic😢
People respect Wattson fences in the open? Why? Just shoot them twice. Honestly, the damage and stun are so weak, that unless there's someone pre-aiming on the other side, the fences are pretty garbage.
Another big tip - When you have the advantage and you push. You will make mistakes in those pushes. You need to try! You gotta make a strong attempt. If you never try, you will never learn at big potential plays. There is way more variables on the actual push and angles, but need to make an effort!
Hey Daz, how do u cope with the different fovs that guns iron sights ads have? for example the re45 compared to the wingman
yo i just went up against you in arenas good game bro

Great vid
Does rank matter in your opinion?
Like does rank determine skill ?
It does too a certain level. You can definitely get carried up to diamond, but the team as a whole really matters at that level and up imo.
Thank you so much! Hopefully I’ll finally stop leading my team to certain death! :D

Can anyone tell me how to show the fps counter and the packet loss in the top right? I cant seem to find it in the settings :/
Under the "gameplay" settings it should be "Performance Display" its toward the bottom of that section but like 3 above Accessibility
Lol @ the chrono trigger soundtrack
Cool video dasz
💪🏻😎🔥🔥🔥
You said that every legend have the ability to push and at the same time you totaly ignored to talk about lifeline xD
Plz help me get out of silver
For some reason my brain read the title: how to punch enemies
I clicked instantly lol
I get bot randoms in ranked that push every fight 🤦♂️
Hi
Is this a big reason to how players win 1v3s??
Or just do the octane way 😅
The octane way: “Faster! faster! Faster!” “I’m getting shot at” “I’m down. I actually got hit.”
Shout out to my Octane teammate padding into a 1v3 over a cracked armour while I grapple into the 3rd party on my own 🤦
me and a random got 4th partied,i had blue sheild and like 10hp,got killed by another squad, and the wraith called me a bot for not pushing a caustic with full purp and full hp,i really wish players would stop being so negitive towards other players, especially those playin at 250+ping😂moral of the story,be kind to your squad mates,we aint all as good as some wraiths who get knocked and get toxic😢
This man single handedly turned me from absolute dogshit to someone pretty good
I just need 10 rp for diamond lol and I keep going down 36 and up 36 no more no less :( I need this diamond for 3 shiny diamond badges
