Chintu makes yet another mistake by eating a store bought protein bar. They may have high sugar and some hidden unhealthy ingredients. It is better to make one at home as you will know the ingredients. In this video I have shared Tasty Homemade Protein Bar Recipe. 300g oats
50g crushed almond
50g crushed walnut
100g chopped dates
5g flaxseed
2 tblspn coca pwdr
1tbspn cinnamon pwdr
2tblspn honey
5scoop whey protein
2tbl spn peanut butter
Pinch of salt
Add water, Mix well with thick consistency.
Spread it. Refrigerate it For 4hrs. Cut it in a bar n enjoy.

Oats should always be roasted so as to make it easily digestable Roasting eliminates certain elements which make system bloating and indigestable ets
Water might make it non storable insted we might use little almond oil to make it rollable ot cuttable

A request: please share best economical whey protein for students.

One scope of whey protein gives you alone 25 gms of protein .....And here after adding five scops of it , the 5 bars have been made , and each bar contains 25 grams of protein .....
So it is better to take one scop of whey in water to get this much nutrition ....
And as far as fats and carbs are concerned, we can consume them as raw as well

Made it today. Its delicious. I didn't have the protein powder so that was missed. I added unsalted peanuts instead of peanut butter. Made it as a healthy snack for my sweet tooth.

@@farheenkhan7483 I was wondering that if 1 scoop of protein shake gives us 25 gms of protein then still we r getting the same 25 gms after using so many ingredients... But u r right if only for protein then protein shake z fine but if u want to munch something healthy then this effort z required...
Other ingredients are not protein rich food there are for other micro nutrients and good fat

5 scoop protien atleast 25 gm per scoop, 5x25= 125. You made 6 bars with 25 gm each i.e. 150 grams. Is is really worth for 5 gm extra protien?
Also need to know the cost to make it at home per bar

Sara protein content to whey protein se bhar diya. Etni mehnat karke whey protein hi daalna tha toh me kuch or hi bana lu 🤣😂😂. And it costs more than readymade protein bars.

300 g oats for 6 bars.... which means one bar contains 50 g of Oats, that means one bar has atleast 33 g of carbs.

(Cinnamon:1tbsp=0.15gm)
In the end it is a very healthy protein bar but for people who want to lose fat this bar is not for you.
It has 6 piece
Per piece will be around 116gm with
CALORIES=498GM
FATS=16GM
PROTEIN=33.97GM
CARBS=60GM
SUGAR=17.36GM
Nutrition per serving /per bar / per unit
It's a very healthy product for muscle building.
For fat lose just remove the dates and honey from the recipe

So true man. I don't know why he said only 300 calories for one bar. It comes close to 500 calories. Thank god I didnt' replicate this recipe. I would have become so fat.
It has natural sugar not white crystal sugar. Natural sugar is present in all the fruits and juices. Natural sugar is good in limits.
How can 2 tbsp honey weigh 34 gm of sugar ? Moreover I don't think he used 15 ml tbsp size of spoon that looked small. Anyways good info.
